Spacious room for 5-6 people lots of attention to details in the room. Had air purifier, well stocked kitchen (Noritake dishes), the cutest tiger kettle and a washing machine. Hotel was very close to a station and a grocery store was opposite the entrance of the hotel, which seemed to be open 24 hours a day.

Did not have an English guidebook at the front desk as they had run out

This apartment hotel is a fantastic accommodation for our family’s stay in Tokyo. GENERAL: The front desk staff are polite and helpful, especially when I pressed the wrong button on the check-in machine! The way to access our room was via the codes for the elevator and the apartment door lock, so no key card to carry around. The apartment itself is compact, but spacious enough for all 4 of us and all 4 of our suitcases and backpacks and still have room to move around. The apartment is spotlessly clean and they clean it every 3 days. The wallpaper is luxe and really makes the place look elegant. BATHROOM & TOILET: The toilet is separate to the bathroom, which helps with multiple users. The hot water in the shower is great and they provide pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smell really good. At the bathroom sink, foaming hand wash in a pump bottle is provided, which is so much nicer than cake soaps! A pile of bath towels and hand towels are provided. The bathroom also has a washer-dryer combo, which is one of the main reasons I chose this apartment. Such a godsend to be able to set the washing to go and 3.5 hrs later, it’s dry. Just don’t set it to go just before you go to sleep like I did. It woke us up at 2am with its 12 beeps to say the washing is done! 😂 And if you would rather air dry your clothes, there are a handful of hangers and a circular peg thing you can use for a very small load of clothes. Translations of the Japanese writing for the various modes on the machine are provided. The toilet is the modern Toto toilet and has the seat warming function, plus all the other regular cleaning functions. KITCHENETTE: There is a quiet kettle, small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, small stove, cutting mat, knives, scissors, crockery, cutlery, a few pots and pans (but I didn’t pay much attention to it as we ate out) LOCATION: The location is excellent! It is very near the Asakusabashi train station. Literally 3 mins walk.

The apartment will only help us forward our luggage if it is payment on delivery, but the accommodation we are forwarding it to needs us to have paid for it first. However, the apartment front desk staff were responsive to my query and kindly informed me that there is a Yamato Transport office across the road. It is a half hour train ride to the tourist areas of Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. This can either be seen as an inconvenience if you want to be in the thick of the action, but we liked being away from the tourist traps, as the area was nice and quiet, with lots of great little restaurants selling delicious food at reasonable prices. It is also only a short train ride to the Ginza and Tokyo Station, which is a plus.

We love that the hotel was really close to the train stations. I had our luggage forward to the hotel from Osaka the day before arrival and our luggage was already in our rooms before check in, it was great! We are a family of 4, 6 year old and less than one year old and the room was spacious. There is a washer/dryer and kitchen in the room. Grocery store is in front of the hotel. Lawson is next door, but Family Mart and 711 isn’t far away. A lot of food options nearby. Staff is friendly and assisted me when I needed help, especially when forwarding my luggage to the airport.

I didn’t have any issues at all.

Location and accessibility. Going to Haneda airport is Approx 45min away. 1 stop from Asakusa and 2 Akihabara. There are 3 lines connected to it with a 24 hr mart nearby. If you want late supper, there are many izakaya around.

It is located at a quiet street but not too far from Asakusabashi Station, about 5 min walk without luggage. We move in from Tokyo station using a cab, charges are around Yen1700 - Yen 2000. We need 2 cabs as one cab (small size car) can only fit 2 large luggage, The room is considered big enough for our family of four. The washing machine/dryer located in our unit make a big difference but not sure this is only for family units or for all other units as well. Room is clean and the fridge is quite big. Staff are very kind and helpful. Although sometime they need to use a translation device to communicate but we find it no problem at all because they can understand well in English but need the device to better explain/answer to our queries.

There is no intercom in the room, so if you have any query you need to go to the front desk. The safe box is extremely small, i think can only fit in 1 to 2 ipad.

The location was amazing. Just 1 minute away from the station with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were quite nice. Very pleasant experience.

There was really nothing that was wrong or not satisfactory. The room and the premises far exceeded our expectations and everything went according to the plan. Would comeback if in a group again for sure.

It's very close to Asakusabashi station, which is great if coming by train. Washer/dryer combo and kitchen facilities were exactly what I needed, and very useful. The Balmuda toaster is a nice addition, and meant we could have toast for breakfast. There is a supermarket across the road (Niku no Hanamasa) and another bit further up the road (MyBasket). But these are quite small and cramped, and may not be that useful for travelers only staying here for a short while, so I would consider using the larger "Life" supermarket which is further away.

The couch on one side of the table was too soft, so I sank quite far when sitting on it. I suspect it's because the couch can double as a bed, but it meant using the table for sit down meals was not that comfortable. You can sometimes hear what seems like footsteps from the room above (which means the room below us could probably hear us). Apart from that, it's quiet. The "hallway" area outside of your room is actually exposed to the outside, and can get wet when raining. Not really a problem, unless you need to move between rooms (which was the case for me, as I had booked multiple rooms).

Location

Hard beds and pillows. Sun coming onto the room at 4 am. Blackout blinds would be good especially in summer when sun is up super early
