By mistake I booked a smokin room and they changed it immediately. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for a nice stay in Tokyo. The bed was hard but surprisingly good for sleeping. 2-3 minutes by walk to one of the metro stations as well as 15 minutes to Akihabara and 20 to Tokyo station. Breakfast is a Japanese one - sweet omelette, meatball or sausage, soups, etc

The breakfast ends at 9:00 and could be extended till 9:30 as well as coffee and tea offering till noon

the hotel was fine. the staff really tried their best to help me with any concerns even tho i only spoke english. on a rainy day i ask if they had any umbrellas i can use and they happily let me borrow one. there was train line nearby so it was easy to commute to other places.

i didn't like there was a specific time window of a few hrs that we couldnt have access to the hotel. i guess that's the time that they would deep clean the hotels. not too sure.

Rooms were really good and I had enough space for my baggages and myself. There is a deep clean every 3 days, and you get clean towels every day, which is hanged to your door arm. Breakfast was enough and delicious. Last but not least, everyone was so helpful and understanding. Thanks staff :)

Only bad thing that I can say is, staff does not know English at all, so it was a bit hard to communicate sometimes.

The location is really good. It is located nearby 2 different train lines, which is very helpful. The room itself was great for a solo traveler, the bathtub is actually a bit larger than other hotels I stayed at in my trip. Also the complimentary breakfast was very good, and changes daily, so you can try different food every day you stay there.

The bed was very stiff, which was kind of uncomfortable when I moved to my side in my sleep.

Location was excellent. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room is very spacious. Bath tub is also very good and large enough for me to fully extend my legs. Easy access to washing machine and dryer.

Washer requires detergent to be added manually. Blankets a bit too warm.

Pleasant and private room. Clean and relaxing after the chaos of Tokyo.

Staff seemed a bit stiff. But this is a business hotel and I'm a very easygoing person. Could have also just been the language barrier. This is nitpicking though and I was very satisfied.

Difficult to find the hotel. Google maps was confusing and did not accurately give the way to go to the hotel from the airport.

Very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities.

It was a bit far from the station (6-7 mins walk) and it’s a bit hard if you have luggages. Also, there’s no designated smoking area.

room a bit small (average Tokyo size) room are not cleaned daily (they just give you new towels)
