Everything. Comfortable and clean. Everyday we got fresh towels and bins emptied without miss. Plenty of toiletries. The staff are ao accommodating and always ready to help. Everyone of them😊 big shout out Nancy. She helped us with translation at the post office transferring our luggage from nishikasai to nishinari. Thank you to the managers for allowing her to make time for us😊 Everything is conveniently situated close to the hotel within mins walk. Train station less than 6mins walk/ 7Eleven&lawson is 3mins walk. Many places to eat. Mcdonalds also close by. You will never be disappointed. The checking in and out, very easy. Staff very professional and polite. Very kind too. Rooms were clean and all consumables available. This meant not having to empty our suitcases. This made it very easy. Great location. Walking distance to train station and convenience stores.

The room was very compact. We had larger sized suitcases which we had no where to store. And we were only given 1 swipe access card instead of 2, which we were informed of on departure. Very minimal issues though.

The staff are awesome! There's very nice views from the windows. Lots of places to eat around. 7-11 is right at the intersection, 2 min walk. The place is kept clean daily (garbage and towel changes)

Nothing bad about the hotel itself but only one train line goes here, the Tozai Line is packed during Rush Hour, but it lasts from 5pm-8:30pm approximately so if you plan on returning back. Best time is around 9pm otherwise you'll be squished like a sardine. Many office workers live in Edogawa.

i really like the location. lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. the train station was very close. a bit far from main tokyo area but other than that its a great stay for single or couple travelers. room is very small but thats just how tokyo hotels are. on our last full day it started to snow and the hotel offered umbrellas to use. staff were amazing and our stay here was comfortable.

the fridge offered in the room was really small and wish it was a bit bigger.

The hotel is located very close to a subway station, as well as the taxi stand at that subway station. The hotel staff was incredible and there are free amenities in the lobby. The room was small but clean, it was well worth what we paid for it. The room was also surprisingly quiet for it being such a small hotel.

The beds were not all that comfortable. However, for the price that we paid for the hotel and the general convenience of it the beds did not detract from our enjoyment of the stay.

The room was amazing, very compact but sufficient for 1 person with 2 luggage. Walkways are narrow, but to be expected when staying in Japan :) Also, I really appreciate the complimentary shuttle to and fro Disneyland/Sea

Would be good to have water provided through the stay, not just a 1 off when I checked in at the front desk. Additionally, some support to help bring luggage to the room / bus would be perfect since I am travelling alone and have multiple luggage.

One of the best stays I’ve had! First time visiting Tokyo and I am thoroughly impressed by this hotel. First, it is extremely convenient to transportation and food/shops (basically a few footsteps you have blocks and blocks of options many of which are open late and a few 24 hr ones). Most importantly, it is easy to find and I felt very safe at all hours of the day as a solo traveler.Check in was super smooth, all the facilities, common area and most importantly the rooms are very clean and very well maintained. I enjoyed my stay so much and appreciate the cleanliness, convenience and friendliness of the staff. I will be returning likely to try another location at some point.
