I did notice an area for improvement. The cleaning service could be more timely, and I believe there’s room for greater attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness.

This time when we went to Sadeen hotel we were given a lovely, clean and smoke free room. The highlight of our stay at the hotel was one particular staff member, Anas Khawaldeh, who really made an effort to ensure we were comfortable and were satisfied with our stay.

One downside was that the gym’s opening hours were from 2pm- midnight (as we came during the month of Ramadan) - so the timing isn’t convenient for people who like working out in the morning.

The staff are really responsive and helpful. Mohammed did a fantastic job meeting all our needs and requests. He is flexible and go the further mile to make sure the visitors are happy and satisfied. I would recommend the visitors to come and ask for this mohammed (he is the only Mohammad in the staff, which is rare because it is a very common name). So yes, me and my family liked staying here 😊

Need a more proper parking

The rooms are big and comfortable I got the suite room, the lady at the reception is really good

The swimming pool is small and should close at 10pm but i came 9pm and the lady who was there seemed that she wanted to leave early so she switched off the lights, she opened the sauna and steam room doors as if they should shut it before 9pm this was annoying as I planned to use the facilities between 9pm till 10pm

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

No parking inside the hotel u need to park outside near hotel

- very central - second room we slept in was very comfortable - staff were collaborative and friendly

The first room we slept in literally smelt like smoke. We brought it to the attention of the staff at the reception and they managed to give aus a different room by the next day which was much better and smelt smoke free.

The facilities of the Sadeen hotel are great. The indoor pool is very nice by size and temperature. The gym is very well eqquiped and from good quality. The size of the room was very big and clean. On top of that was the hospitality of the staff (including miss Hala) very generous and friendly. This all made my stay here very nice.

It was located in a very active area , a lot of things to do there , there is a very nice and wonderful staff , its 10 min by taxi from the old town its cost just about 3/4 jd to get there , i really enjoyed the stay ,it was really very good to value.

Absolutely nothing.

I had a very good room, enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a made-to-order omelet every morning. The staff was very attentive to my needs. When I left for a four day trip, they allowed me to store my luggage and did not charge me for the nights I wasn’t there. When I return to Jordan, I want to stay at the Sadeen Amman Hotel.

The only real problem was the spotty Wi-Fi which was on and off during the day.
