The hotel is stunning and gives you the real 5 stars vibes. It is located in a prime location named Jabal Amman. You are close to everything around you. The neighborhood is extremely safe as you are located around embassies. The streets around the hotel are very quiet so you enjoy great nights of sleep. The suites are big and clean and the cleaning team does a wonderful job maintaining it. You have a parking at your disposal with valet which makes everything easier when you rent a car. The hotel’s food is so so GOOD! We had excellent meals from room service when we didn’t feel like eating out and the portions are so generous. Kudos to the chef! Real Jordanian hospitality! the hotel is located on top of a restaurant named Um Khalil. It is considered to be one of the best restaurants in Amman and for a reason. Their food is to die for! The outdoor swimming pool has a gorgeous view. It is perfect with great spaces to relax and chill. To conclude this perfect stay, we cannot thank the staff enough for their hospitality and kindness. They made us feel at home. This hotel is perfect for families and children are welcome. They treated our son so nicely. Breakfast is good and generous! Don’t think twice, it is the best place to stay in Amman!

Everything, location & view, warm reception, Abdulrahman, Ibrahim, Moutaz, Salama, Islam, and of course Naser, as he was exceptional. We stayed in suite 801. It is half a floor # 8 area. The interior is good and the whole hotel is only a few years old. We could have our breakfast in the room. Their concerage is amazing.

Power sockets are triple like all GCC, and it happened we just arrived from the Eourp. All our devices are duals. But they immediately brought us convertors. TVs were difficult to run. However after they teached us, there were no problem.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Has a decent buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Terrace with pool and gym although both on the smaller side. Plenty of sun loungers available. Good location - slightly tucked away from the main road. Walkable to cafes and restaurants. And Ubers easily available to go downtown.

No onsite restaurant. A few issues with the bathrooms as the shower screens would not shut and therefore the water would make it onto the bathroom floor.

Great location. We stayed at beginning and end of our Jordan holiday. Both times had great rooms, very spacious & spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Nice to have all that space, living room/kitchen (even though we did not eat in). 3rd floor use of laundry facilities is such a good idea. Even though pool is not too big, it was lovely to have at the end of a busy day sightseeing.

Excellent check in - friendly reception staff and offered a room upgrade. Room was a good size, with a separate bathroom and a lounge/kitchen space. Decoration was modern, clean and pleasing - with really effective air con. Facilites in the room offered all you needed including a kettle, iron, robes, etc. Ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was very reasonably priced and good quality. Breakfast was a buffet offering a good selection of food types. The pool area is really nice and the service there was fast and efficient. Would definitely stay there again. It's also next door to a resturant we ate in before we left - which was fabulous!

We stayed in 2-bedroom suite which was huge. We had plenty of space and the apartment was very modern and comfortable. The location was walking distance to most of sightseeing spots. The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of options. The Lebanese restaurant Um Khalil downstairs is excellent as well.

The one bedroom suite made for a perfect base for our four day stay. Roomy, comfortable bed, nice living space with main conveniences. The location for what we wanted to see and do was perfect being on top of one of the Jebels most morning walks were flat or downhill, great restaurants near by. We had a view of the Citadel which was so perfect!

There was a gym which was appreciated but it was limited especially as one of the four main equipments was out of order (elliptical), weights also limited to just a set of free weights but overall still allowed for a decent workout.

The room was very comfortable, but even better the staff are very helpful and there is a laundry room for guest use included.

We can not think of anything we did not like.

Excellent stay at this hotel - perfect way to start my visit to Jordan. The suites are so comfortable with everything you need. Staff were so helpful with tips for the city and maps etc. Breakfast is great and the dinner I had in the hotel also really good quality. It’s a great distance from Rainbow St and downtown. Rooftop is a beautiful oasis and great to get a view of Amman. The adjoining bar was also great with great drinks and a cool place to see the sunset over Amman.
