Superb location, excellent front desk service and value for money.. Just for 1 or 2 JOD for taxi you can reach most of the point of interest in Amman. Just 10 mins walk from this hotel to Paris Square where you get a best vibe similar to Rainbow street. Cant leave without saying a big thanks to Mr.Mohamed who catered all our requests from arranging day trips, early breakfast and supplying enough water without any request from our end. He even packed us breakfast for our early morning 5'o clock flight.

The lobby is beautiful and clean. The reception was welcoming, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain all the details and even provided suggestions for places to visit. The room itself was spacious, clean, and in good condition. The comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the convenience of being able to park the car right in front of the hotel was a big plus, especially for those who have rented a car. However, it's worth mentioning that you don't necessarily need a car as everything is easily accessible due to the hotel's close proximity to various attractions. Overall, the hotel met my expectations for a 3-star hotel, providing all the necessary amenities.

The overall quality of breakfast was good; however, I would like to mention that due to the climate, the bread and bakery items were a bit dry. Additionally, the variety of food offered could be more extensive.

New hotel with really nice facilities. Staff is really kind and extremely helpful. Helped us with a lot of information and also managed rent-a-car for us. Always smiling and with optimistic attitude. Receptionists were also very kind and let us check in earlier due to long sleepless night with connected flights. Room was new, clean and had all necessary things and also comfortable beds. Cleaning ladies made room clean every day. Breakfast is good as well, many different food and wonderful pancakes and omelette made by smiling chef right in front of you. All in all, I totally recommend this property to all the people and they will make your stay in Amman easier and nicer. And definitelly worth the money.

No complaints at all.

Very spacious room for a family of 4, with separate master bedroom and modern bathroom. The staff was always more than willing to help out with anything we needed. They provided six-packs of bottled water to take with us on our day trips and even offered a small gift to our girls on our second day. Both were much appreciated :) Breakfast was satisfactory, mainly due to the omelettes and pancakes prepared to order.

Our room didn't have any natural light. There were 2 windows, but they looked on to the back of a building so curtains were permanently closed and no light came in at all.

The greatest part of the NewMerryland Hotel is the staff. They are really friendly, helpful, always with a smile on their face and open for a chat. Without asking they offered us breakfast for free and when we came back to Amman to stay at their hotel again after a trip they were upgrading our room. The location is also good since within some minutes you are in the nice area of Jabal Weibdeh where you can find a lot of cozy cafes & restaurants besides everything else you need (e.g. shops, tailor, supermarket). If we are in Amman again, we will come back! :-)

The hotel was perfect in every way - staff was incredibly nice, the room was impeccably clean, everything is new and fresh, the towels get changed every day. The breakfast was lovely, the coffee is great! At breakfast, you can try traditional dishes as well as typical western breakfast (it's a buffet). The staff gives you recommendations on where to go, how to get there, they also arrange airport transfers which I found very helpful. The location is also good - you can either walk downtown in 18-20 mins or take an Uber for 2-3 EUR, yet you are at a quieter area to sleep :)

No bad experiences - everything was perfect.

I really liked the hotel and service in general. 1. Staff: all very attentive and friendly. Especially Mohamed, who from day one was very attentive and helpful. He helped me to coordinate all logistics of the trip in Jordan. 2. Breakfast: Since I eat very healthy I found bananas, oatmeal and eggs to taste, but they have a small buffet to accommodate other people's tastes. Bonus: they got me cinnamon since they didn't have any. Recommendation: have more types of fruits 3. Rooms: very clean and good size. They give you a bottle of water every day. 4. Bathrooms: there is hot water and a hairdryer. The water leaks a bit from the shower but I think it is a minor detail. Overall a very good experience.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Amman. Highly reccomended for the clean and nice rooms and spaces, the lovely kindness of all the staff and the perfect position, close from all the most famous attractions of the city. Thanks to the suggestions of the staff we had the possibility to discover the great blue mosque, the delicious syrian ice cream, the colourful souk of Amman and the great Jordanian sweets sold in the city centre. The great breakfast with amazing pancakes prepared at the moment and an appreciated gift from the hotel have made our experience here a very good moment of our holiday in Jordan!

Everything was perfect!

I spent 7 nights in this hotel and it was one of the best accommodations I’ve ever been in. The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean, and the breakfast is fantastic. I was given breakfast for free, possibly because of my long stay. I lost two objects in the pubic hotel area, they found them and returned them to me. I have a special thanks to the young man who works at the reception, he was kind, attentive and helpful all the time; unfortunately, I don't know his name. This hotel was the ideal basis to explore the nice Amman.

The hotel is located about 30 minutes walk from the city centre, where there are popular restaurants, shops etc. But don't worry, Amman is a safe city and it’s an easy walk. One of the city’s highlights, the Citadel, is just 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
