The staff was wonderful and patient. They made our vacation so wonderful and comfortable. They were so friendly and the epitome of hospitality. I wanted my family to enjoy a great fish dinner while we were there. I googled best fish restaurants was surprised to Lacosta listed. I had intended to try a restaurant somewhere else but decided on Lacosta since it was on the list. The dinner was fabulous! I was so glad we did this. Also the morning breakfast was incredible! I highly recommend Lacosta for anyone who wants to visit Aqaba. Whenever I return, I know I want go anywhere else.

1- The location was amazing, as it’s a walk distance from shops, restaurants, ATM and also the public beach. 2- The staff is very helpful and kind, since the reception to the people who works in the restaurant ☺️☺️☺️ 3- The breakfast was good, good variety among savory and sweet options, from omelette, hummus, falafel, pieces of vegetables, fruits, waffles, pancakes, cereal. 4- Although the breakfast time is 7-10am, on our last day, we came to the restaurant at 9:48am and the breakfast was still on, people came even at 10:10am and the staff continued serving with kindness and didn’t remove the food although it was passed the time, which it shows the hospitality of its staff ☺️☺️☺️

There were 2 little things about the room that I didn’t like… the lock of the bathroom’s door wasn’t working… but we didn’t complain as we are a family of 3. We stayed 2 nights, so on the 1st cleaning after our 1st night, they didn’t washed or change the caps they put for the coffee/tea… and if you finish the complimentary tea/coffee the 1st night, they don’t put a new one. As they just put 2 tea bags and 2 small Nescafé & coffee mate sachets and little sugar. A swimming pool will be wonderful… although they don’t have it, you can get free shuttle to Berenice beach club and buy the tickets from the reception, so it’s more like a good thing!! Also they recommend Saraya private beach.

My stay at the Lacosta hotel in Aqaba was excellent. Everything was perfect. The room was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable. The sheets and pillows were new. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. All the hotel employees were super friendly, helpful and very professional. Upon arriving back in Amman, I realized that I had forgotten my glasses at the Lacosta hotel. The same day the friendly receptionist Widi (of Indonesian origin) sent me the glasses with a transport company. In addition, the shipping cost was paid by Lacosta hotel. Conclusion Lacosta Hotel is a magnificent hotel run by excellent hospitality professionals. Bravo Lacosta hotel staff.

Everything was excellent.

We spent 3 days in Lacosta Hotel in Aqaba with my father and a 2 years old toddler. The hotel was an excellent choice for travelling with baby, we had a separate crib which was mobile so I could put right next to my bed. The stuff was super kind and helped us in any way they could i.e. we were allowed for earlier check-in so that the baby can have a nap, we received good advices and directions and we also received a little “towel crocodile” as a surprise. I would also high-light the great location (several authentical local restaurant just few meters away) and excellent value for money. I can only recommend and thank the Stuff for making our stay comfortable and as pleasant as it gets.

The location is perfect. It's in downtown Aqaba, and within walking distance to the beach, the Aqaba Castle, the large mosque, and small market. Aqaba is very clean and people drive very well. I was surprised by that. Google map didn't take us to the entrance of the hotel, but we could see it, and so we had to drive around a bit to get to it, but that's google's fault. We had rented a Budget rental car in Amman, and the drop off spot was at our hotel, so it was very convenient for us to use Budget and to stay at Lacosta hotel. The front desk is always manned, and the women there yesterday was very nice and helpful. Our room was upgraded for free due to availability. It really is a 4-star hotel. Our room was very nice and clean and modern. We ate at a restaurant just across the parking lot, and it was very good. I would easily stay here again.

The choice of food for breakfast was exceptional - both, intercontinental but most importantly large variety of local, Jordanian cuisine.

The sea-view is very partial - this is not a place at which you can enjoy coffee with sunset over the sea. The hotel doesn’t have the private beach nearby - the available option (very nice beach club) is about half an hour driving distance and the available transportation is very limited. In practise it means that you have to spend the whole day there, without possibility to come back to the hotel in the meantime.

Amazing hotel with beautiful stylish and very comfortable rooms. Easily the most luxurious hotel we stayed at in Jordan yet also the best value for money! Staff were great and also the best breakfast we had in terms of options and freshness. Location was excellent with restaurants 2-3 minutes walk and the public beach for swimming or boat trips only 10-15 mins walk. They helped us organise a boat trip and day at Berenice Beach club which was great and great value for money (23JOD each for beach club entry, transport there and back + a brilliant two hour boat and snorkel tour). We were gutted we hadn't chosen to stay longer!

Nothing, we loved it

I like everything - the room is huge (even got an upgrade), the breakfast is very good. Location is very good since there are nice restaurants just walking distance to them - a very nice plus! The staff (especially Angie and Aileen - and another two ladies in the breakfast room) are very nice and attentive to the guests. Every requests have been met with a smile and attended quickly. We needed a plug converter to be able to use our devices and they lent us one - some hotels asks for a fee for this.

Room was very nice and bed also comfy. The location is excellent, in the centre of Aqaba! Easy to go anywhere. Everything is walkable. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. No need to use taxi to go to Aqaba market. We would also like to say thank you and big appreciations to Widi and Jena (Front Desk). Both helped us a lot during our stay very friendly and professional.

I have to be honest, one thing that concern us was the Breakfast. There is no variety, the food is always the same. But, I don't mind at all, as long as there is a fresh omelette, I happy with it.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality throughout my stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, situated near the downtown area and in close proximity to key attractions. Overall, while there may be room for enhancement in the breakfast offerings, the cleanliness of the room, excellent service from the staff, and the advantageous location contribute positively to the overall experience.

The breakfast could use some improvements as some dishes tend to be on the dry side.
