Exellent accomodation in a new and modern building, located in a quite and safe area a few steps from the Bus stop and Supermarkets. Apartment very confortable and very clean. All systems like air conditioning, shower, TV and Kitchen operating very well. Free Internet with good signal. Nice view from the balcony on 17th floor. Reception staff very friendly and professional, available by whatsapp at anytime. Houskeepers very efficient in cleaning acivities. Main door, opening by a code. Recommend to everyone who want explore Astana.

The room is fairly spacious and there is plenty of storage space. There are some nice amenities. I particularly appreciated having a washlet, washing machine and smart TV. Location is also good, the pyramid and the national museum are within a walking distance.

The place is not brand new, both rooms we stayed in were clean but had a bit of a funky smell to them. One of the TV sets had white spots burnt on the screen which was not ideal. The ventilation hood in the kitchen is too big and we kept bumping our heads into it. Some of the sockets throughout the room were loose and were problematic were trying to charge our phones. The shower needs some more TLC and new silicon.

Love the location - so many places to eat and drink nearby, convenience store downstairs and full supermarket just next door. The apartment is just a short walk to the National Museum, which is stunning, and the Pyramid, park and big monuments. The apartment is comfortable and clean, good light, washer, basic kitchen - everything was good for a stay of a few nights thanks.

Only criticism is to replace the furniture that has been broken and repaired a few times, it's time to get a new coffee table - and a couple of extra pillows for the bed would be great.

The Room is very comfortable, modern, and super quiet! A very good place to relax and enjoy the city. The Room is part of a luxury apartment building that has two markets and a coffee shop that has an extensive menu of food options. The Room has extensive closet space and a good size kitchen. The room would be super comfortable for a long stay, I would be comfortable staying in the room for a month.

Getting there from the airport was very sporty, the number/person that the hotel gave us for the airport shuttle was not good and borderline dangerous. His driving was horrible and very aggressive. Other than that, that is about it.

The apartments are very modern and clean. Bed and linens are comfortable. The staff is great, they helped with everything. For convenience, before arrival, they wrote to me on whatsapp and I asked all questions through whatsapp. Thanks for the help. If you have a netflix account, you can watch in on TV. The internet worked great. The area is very clean and safe. Nearby there is a large supermarket, on the street at the entrance there is a mini fruit market. We were happy with the apartments.

Good location, there’re grocery stores into the building, coffee shop and supermarket, restaurants are within walking distance, park is close. An excellent transportation. The apartment is enough specious and soundproofing with all necessary facilities.

I detest hot and it was so hot I couldn’t breathe normally. So I was asking staff to decide the problem but I didn’t get helping and I had to manage on my own with a temperature controller. I stayed for 8 nights and it wasn’t enough toiletries for this duration. For my opinion the apartment needs light renovation.

Was not able to charge my Visa credit card via booking.com for some reason so have to pay using cash (Rubbles were accepted with good conversion). American Express card we tried to use locally before paying cash also not worked for some reason.

Wonderful Customer Service - ladies at the reception took care of every request we’ve made on timely manner. Large suite with an amazing panoramic city-view and full kitchen. Comfortable bed and sofabed. Excellent location - across the street from the beautiful Mosque and US Embassy.

Owners might consider replacing towels as they are no longer white. Same is true for linens.

The staff was very helpful! The first room we got had some smell, they changed our room immediately. And every other request or problem were solved very quickly over WhatsApp.

They promised the room would be cleaned every other day, our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. I asked for fresh towels on day 3, they brought only one set (we were three) explaining it that they ran out of clean towels.

We had an immense apartment on the 28th floor with spectacular views across the city. The building is close to Shabyt and the big mosque. There is a courtyard within the complex with two supermarkets and a coffee shop. There was a comfortable bedroom, a generous sitting area and a kitchenette. Very nice bathroom. Everything is extremely modern: it even has one of those vaguely disquieting electronic toilet seats that you find in Japan. The staff were helpful and welcoming, ordered us taxis at cheap rates. That's an important detail because Astana has no noticeable infrastructure and good taxis are vital. Plenty of cafes nearby; the one closest to the entrance is fabulous. A great place to stay and we will always use it in future.

The kitchen needs more than a token saucepan and a couple of plates, though the hob and machines are all excellent.
