Stayed at this hotel for short visit during business trip. Amazing design, lovely room and very clean. Location is perfect too if you need to move to both banks of the river. In total, good value for money.

the only problem is staff we were stopped few times near the elevators by security, with weird questions like ‘r you sure that you are living here?’ to move to the floor of your room you need to have a key, without it elevator will not move, so why we were stoped again and again with same questions… it was weird and unpleasant also we ordered breakfast to the room and it was not so delicious. Eggs Benedict weren’t cooked in a proper way, also there were no bread basket included

Extraordinary hotel with unique amazing design both from outside and inside. After arrival you spend quite some time just walking around the hotel and enjoying its unique design. Rooms are quite big, very cozy and stylish, there are very good bluetooth loudspeakers in the room (Bang and Olufsen), bed is comfortable. There are 3 great restaurants inside the hotel and 1 wine boutique where they also organize winetasting dinners. Breakfasts are a-la-carte with quite many options to choose from and all meals we have tasted - looked great and tasted great and we had quite full table. SPA is quite good, but with some drawbacks mentioned below.

Just a couple of things: 1) Sauna and turkish Hammam were warm, but not hot... Staff couldn't help to make them more hot. And infrared sauna was not working at all. 2) There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and there are several coffee capsules available in different colours. Normally these capsules are different inside as well: some of them are decaf, some are stronger, some milder... but there are no signs on capsules and staff also couldn't give information on difference between them.

My recent stay at a hotel was truly a pleasure. The interior design was tastefully done and created a lovely ambiance. The cuisine was absolutely delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the quality of their spa facilities and the variety of treatments available. I want to give a special shout-out to their breakfast - it was really good! The rest of the menu was diverse and of high quality too. The staff were always available and attentive, which made my stay very enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I think it would do the same for anyone else.

Room was really nice , lots of space to put items cupboards everywhere but never an issue. The Restaurant is a must try. Breakfast was ok. i had the view with the road and Ishim River Side which was a beauty.

Didnt like how i was asked to pay extra after the fact i checked out for an accounts mistake. Luckily i was still around the hotel area , general rule of thumb is when you check out they should be ready with any outstanding.

The Veil is an excellent uber modern hotel in sympathy with Nur Sultan’s exuberant embrace of modern architecture. The location is excellent with superb daytime and nocturnal views of the Nur Sultan skyline. A very, very, special thanks to Aiman in reception who showed immense patience in booking six train journeys online as I was unable to do this from the UK. She went to an enormous amount of trouble for a very long time, always with a smile on her face. Many thanks Aiman for your time and patience and for saving my holiday!

Design of hotel is excellent - bizarre and uniqie, I adored that. Very quiet (the side opposite of the road). The room is big. Spa is a good thing. Service is ok but could be better

Location is close to the road and the district is not intresting, nos accessable for pedestrians. Bad breakfast: very limited choice for the money paid. all two times they gave me firstly sweets and omelet just after. I dont know how normally that could be. No any vegetables, fruits neither for the breakfast. Waiters in the cafe are annoing and not smiley((

Fixed menu for breakfast, but many options are available. Everything i tried was tasty, good coffee as well. Service is also quick and pleasant. B&O bluetooth speaker in room is a unique and really nice touch.

Security camera in the SPA area made me uncomfortable, i think it shouldn't be there. WiFi in the room was unstable at times. Other than that - an excellent place to stay for a few days

Everything. It’s the best hotel experience that we’ve had. We’ve traveled a lot across all continents, but never had the change (until now) to stay in a hotel which is part of SLH network. It was our first experience, and giving the design of the hotel, the best one. Congrats to the team who designed this beauty and to the team which is taking care of the guests needs every day!

Good value for money and nice location inbetween the new town and old town, hotel itself is a lovely design with high quality finishings and a fabulous breakfast offering.

Despite the nice design and good brands, nothing seemed to work, the safety deposit box was locked open and couldn't be repaired, the B&O speaker didn't work after many tries, the wi-fi is very poor.

the veil is an incredibly looking place. and it feels the same - we stayed there for one night, which left us wanting more :) but we had to fly next day, so the experience was magnificent - from the architecture of the building, design of the interior, the bar, the rooms and the breakfast totally worth the money!

one thing i did not enjoy that much is the size of the restaurant for breakfast - too small, it did not feel comfortable when it became full (we were the first to come as our flight was early in the morning)
