When we arrived to the hotel, we noticed a problem with the bathroom facilities in our room. The hotel was full, so they couldn't offer us another room. The good thing was that the plumbing technician was very competent and did his job very fast. So that this problem didn't spoil our staying in the hotel🙂 I would like to notice that Ibis hotel in Nur-Sultan is the same to Ibis hotels in Cambridge and Berlin, where I earlier stayed. It is good that they keep the same design, comfort, and service in different countries. The room was very clean and light with enough space for two persons. It was equipped with all necessary equipment, so the staying was very comfortable🙂

Room was clean. however, room cleaning was on request. The hotel had plenty of atm's to get the cash. Also, reception was quite helpful in booking our taxi to the airport.

No. bell boy to help with the luggage and no free drinking water facility in the hotel except for one water dispensary. Also, the breakfast was on repeat mode for all 6 days we stayed.

I really liked the late breakfast option. I arrived late, when the breakfast was already over, anyway the kind staff served me a light breakfast in the lobby bar. Very much appreciated.

Hotel is in a very central location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food is delicious. Hotel staff are very hospitable and really make for a welcoming stay. This is a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend staying here. Excellent hotel!

Hotel clean and tidy. Good size room. Simple rooms but the staff made the place standout. They were so helpful and friendly.

Little bit far from the main city.

Got a standard room. Was very clean and quiet. Adequate for a few nights stay. Safe for valuables in room. Great breakfast buffet. Great location.

The standard room bed is just a double bed and the blanket seems small if for two people. The standard room doesn’t have a tea kettle or refrigerator. Probably premium rooms do.

Perfect accomodation! Nice bed and pillow, like in all Ibis hotels =) Variety breakfast: eggs, omlette, vegetables and fruits, yogurt

Non good coffee

Location is good as well as a girl at the reception Ainagul was exceptional. I was traveling alone and just needed a bed for the break in between my flights. This budget hotel offers good value for money.

My standard room was a bit obsolete with a squeaky floor and fixed window.

Clean. Good location. Good breakfast. Basic but good.

Room was too hot. Turned off the heat but air conditioning was not on yet since it’s spring and no way to open window.
