The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with everything. Esther in particular was brilliant. I also particularly loved the garden, and the ability to work outside on the patio amongst the birds!

I'd say the only thing to improve would be for the breakfast, for vegetarians to be able to more clearly state that they don't want meat, otherwise it goes to waste when they are given sausages!

This place was exactly as advertised - cozy! You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into the hotel design/arrangements and keeping their facilities in good shape. The rooms are not huge but I felt that I had all the space I needed. A great place to stay for work stints in Nairobi, especially if you work near the UN compound. I especially enjoyed the terrace, and the chicken and chips I ate really hit the spot. The staff were also extremely accommodating and kind.

The service is excellent, always smiling, always kind, always helpful. Amazingly exceptional. Lovely, caring, just fantastic. The garden is very nice as well. The bathroom in the room is very modern in a European style. Everything was extremely clean, and well looked after.

At times, the volume of some guests arriving late (3am - 4am) was kind of loud... They woke me up in several occasions.... Not nice if you have to wake up early the next day to work and deal with important meetings....

This place is exactly what the name says: a cozy place to stay whilst in Nairobi. The staff are all incredibly friendly and kind. The airline lost my luggage on my way to Nairobi, and wasn't giving any updates, so Esther, from the front desk at Cozy Stead called to track it down and have it delivered.

Breakfast service in the morning can be quite slow, but then again, you're in Kenya, so you just have to say Hakuna Matata.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When i needed help with transportation they were happy to help me. The property was silent and easy for to work even at night or early morning. I had the best time at the property as they was closer to my meeting venue. I would go back to stay there everytime i travel to Nairobi.

The team at Cozy Stead are very friendly and accommodating, the location for the UN Campus is fabulous and the hotel's bijou nature makes it like a home away from home.

Apart from the breakfasts being a little bit hit and miss there isn't anything not to like.

Great location. Clean room. Quiet environment. Easy to access other parts of the city. Proximity to Village mall, for dining and a bit of shopping.

I loved the place. It has beautiful garden, rooms are very cozy and nice, breakfast was great. The staff was the best ever. They are kindest and warmest people. The best value for the money. The place felt so safe and like home. They made my trip to Nairobi amazing.

Very good service and very close to the UN House. The environment is very relaxed, It's also just a few minutes on foot to the mall nearby.

The desk and chair in the room were very small to work on. But easy to work in the back garden.

The position of this beautiful small little hotel was really convenient, close to the UN compound and to the village Market. The room was nice, with attention to detail. The bed super comfy The staff was super friendly welcoming and ready to help when needed.
