It is very clean and conveniently located close to the UN, embassies, market etc. The front desk, housekeeping, security and restaurant staff are truly exceptional. We had impeccable and kind service during our entire stay.

The management is not willing to engage with clients. We travel a lot, for work and leisure, and have stayed in all kinds of hotels all over the world, including extensively in Africa. We had a simple issue we wanted to discuss with the manager and requested multiple times to speak to her. She would not speak to us, on the phone or in person. This is highly unusual and unprofessional. It marred the overall positive impression we have of the hotel and is very unfortunate, particularly as the staff really is excellent.

The hotel has an excellent location - across the street from Village Market mall that has plenty of good restaurants and a walk away from the United Nations. The rooms are huge, with couch, decent size working table, fridge and kettle/tea station, separate nook for suitcases and closet, bed was very comfortable. It is quiet with no street noise. Breakfast was good and cooked in small batches, so it is always fresh. Fruits offerer for breakfast were the best I have tried in Nairobi, and pineapple/papaya were the best I ever tried. It is lovely, unpretentious hotel, with clean, simple aesthetic, lots of greenery. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I know Nairobi very well and this is an excellent location, friendly staff and very quiet.

The price of laundry which is done per item, when it should be done by the kg. 6 pairs of socks, 6 underwear and six t-shirts would have cost almost 50USD which is ridiculous. I ended up having to leave with a case full of laundry.

Good reception, the hotel is near to the UN Headquarter and big mall and quite near to big mall of different restaurants , the hotel is supported with a good safety system.

There is public traffic to use, just Taxi Available with very high fare .The breakfast has no high variety .

The location is great, the gym was complementary and good to sustain my workout schedule. The room was spacious and had great amenities. The staff were friendly and the place is secure. It was a all round great experience.

The mini bar in the room was not stocked.
