It’s English breakfast with some local food, it has varieties and okay. I ordered Masala tea it was a bit cold. Location is near a big mall and not far from CBD so it is located at a good location

Supervisor at the restaurant was rude. We were a group of 3 people sat at the pool area ordered food before the food was delivered to us she came to our table and told us to leave because the entire place was booked and until we left there were no people to fill the entire place. I was not treated well as a hotel guest and was told to leave because of some guests as if I was not a guest. I didn’t like this treatment. Slippers are not provided in the room even though it was cold had to ask for them

Everything in the Hotel is exceptional. The staff, the rooms, the restaurant, the food, the pool, the view. I really enjoyed my time and am 100% sure I'll be back soon. The location is excellent if you wanna stay close to the Mall and not move too much around Nairobi. You will find everything you need there. If you wanna go to the city centre, it might be a bit distant.

The facilities are inside a shopping mall, which makes the place very safe, in front of the entrance you can access businesses and food services. The bed very comfortable as well as the bathroom, spacious room

I arrived midnight without access to food and drink from the bar; there is no snack in the room. One minor issue, the main entrance is difficult to find due to taxis arriving on demand. The first night I did not have hot water, they told me that there were general problems; I also had no hot water the second night, only the third, Not good wifi

Location is perfect! Allows you to explore Two Rivers at leisure! Room was spacious and clean. Staff were most welcoming. Breakfast was great. The hotel also surprised my son with a WHOLE cake for his birthday, which was superb! And they accommodated our other needs.

Very safe and secure for solo female traveller. The mall is very handy with large supermarkets, food, camping stores etc.

Cleanliness and that it was a modern facility

Small boxes of facilities like shower cap etc. were empty. Staff probably did not know because the boxes were all correctly laid out, but were empty. There were no face towels.

The staff are all so welcoming and helpful. I love staying here whenever I am in Nairobi.

The parking ticket validation is problematic. When you stay overnight with your personal vehivcle, it is difficult to exit.

Room temperature my room ventilation was not good do more to improve on that. Also avail hand soap and robes and room shoes and bathing towels. Air fan can bring allergy to some people
