The property was great value for money and I am recommending it, spacious, well stocked with essentials and I felt like the location was easy to reach from everywhere that I went in Nairobi. The nearby mall is a bonus convenience. Security staff and one of the three reception ladies was friendly too.

The noise from the traffic at times was overwhelming at night to sleep. The reception staff disrupted my first night with a very early morning call on the weekend to insist on some maintenance work to be carried out in my room which I think should have been carried out before my check-in or after I left for the day as it was not urgent/emergency/safety related.

I was very happy to find a really nice little Indian restaurant on site which did lovely food. Most of the kitchen equipment was modern and clean, and there were enough pans (although the knives were blunt, as is usual in furnished apartments). Cleaning staff did a good job and worked around me without a fuss. It was useful having the mall with supermarket across the road, although be warned that there's no ATM there.

Although an outdoor pool was advertised, there is no pool and one time I tried to use the gym it was locked. While soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet roll, water and tea were provided on the first day, these were not refilled when they ran out, and it wasn't clear from the hotel description whether they should be or not. Similarly, dirty towels were not replaced. The two ring stove didn't get hot enough to cook a variety of things (including scrambled eggs) and I ended up cooking things in the microwave. The balcony overlooked a motorway so I didn't really use it. While clean, the furniture was worn and woodwork marked, although for the price that was to be expected.

The location is great and has an Indian restaurant on site. The rooms are pretty, spacious and clean.

For the 5 day stay we had issues with toiletries in terms of supply. Being a 2b/2bath apartment we had to request for towels so all guests had one to use this is in addition to only having one tissue paper for the apartment. I don’t think it is right for guests to go and purchase their own tissue paper and bathing soap as we were told it’s only given once during check-in. For the amount of money paid I expected better.

It is among my favorite but only when I have extra money to spare. Its located in a convenient place and its staff are very friendly and helpful. They were also very kind to call me when I forgot my food items in the fridge when I cleared. Very good people.

Supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. This needs to be improved. I do not understand why they are reluctant to supply drinking water to guests whereas other premises charging less provide this vital commodity. Also they do not provide sufficient supplies for the bathroom based on the number of days you are spending; its like they feel they are giving too much to guests which is not true. I mean, if I am booked for two to three days, I do not see why they refuse to supply me with three sets of soap for the days I am spending there until I have to request for it.

Some small things should be included, like small water bottle for each customer every day, salt, pepper, cooking oil and dish washing liquid or other small things, specially if the previous customer has left it for the future customer like us Then they should remain there for future customer. As we needed may be 10 grams of salt but had to buy a KG Also peppers and oil in the same way.

. This place is clean and has great staff and the people are very attentive to you and will help you with anything that you need. I came in later in the evening but I found that everything of mine was ready to go and all I need was to pick up my case and they were going to arrange everything for me later. Team are AMAZING!! From security to front desk to cleaning team, everyone was so helpful and friendly and kind. I felt very well looked after and safe. Whenever I am in Nairobi I stay here, this was maybe my fifth or sixth visit. The shower is great, the bed super comfy and all the amenities were very good. In addition the WIFI was excellent. Cannot say enough good things, and looking forward to seeing everyone again when I am back in Nairobi. Thank you to the whole team.

It was a nice place, walking distance from the national museum, restaurant next door, makes it easy to get breakfast. Staff was very helpful!

They had room service, however the need to have cleaning items to wash dishes. Hate seeing dishes in my sink. Bathroom in hallway area, had air vents door. I remember when my grandma had a door like that. However, when someone use bathroom, you hear everything. Once they change door, room is perfect.

Its location, cleanliness, size of the studio, and helping and smiling staff were a great experience in Nairobi.

My booking was canceled by the booking. com due to non release of payment by the bank as I was away in Kenya. Due to this, I faced inconvenience and had to pay extra money for my stay. In my opinion, Booking.com must compensate for this loss.

Great location, walkable to the nearest mall which has a supermarket. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Wifi was strong and each room has their own network. Lounge area was comfy. All appliances worked fine. Large desk area for those who need to work. A mirror was in the desk area which is useful when someone is in the bathroom. It was a nice stay, and we even paid for an extra night so that we could check out at 7:30pm as it was nice to have the place for the day before our flight.
