The property is very spacious and beautifully landscaped. The rooms are huge and modern. This is our second time booking multiple rooms and Heri Heights does not disappoint. They treat you like family and priced right. The breakfast is amazing and the give you huge portions for all meals. Make sure to try the Indian butter chicken! So delish! We already made plans to return in July!

Initially taken to room different from my booking. Staff immediately changed room to what I had booked which was very helpful of them.

Most amazing facilities and staff. I have stayed at Heri Heights five times abd I can’t wait to be back. Extremely professional - The Well kept beautiful garden next to The Aborretum makes for a bird heaven. It is refreshing to swim in The spartling pool, take my business meetings in The perfect facilities and order a great meal in The beautiful restaurant. All staff - any category - is so helpful. What a place of beauty !

There was absolutely nothing to dislikeand if there had been I am comfident that Johnson the Manager and his team would have resolved any issues with alacrity

Good breakfast, responsive, friendly and engaging staff. A big shout out to housekeeping. Serene and secure location in the heart of the city with hotel nicely tucked out of view. It's a home away from home.

My wife didn't like being on the ground floor though. Heri Heights should improve on kitchen amenities to satisfy guests looking for a full kitchen.

The space is amazing especially if you’re staying for more than a day.

The service was a bit slow. The cutlery was insufficient as the person who went with the breakfast dishes went with our cutlery as well and didn’t return these. Our room wasn’t cleaned when we were out and about. Simple things like tea bags, coffee, sugar were unavailable unless requested for. Please look into adding robes and slippers as an added value. All in all, it was a good stay. It’s just the little things that are overlooked that need to be addressed.

The apartment is situated in beautiful tropical surroundings. The staff are just so professional, welcoming, approachable and super supportive. All our request were achieved without hesitation. Such wounder humble people. The meals were freshly cooked and delicious. Apartment was cleaned regularly.

The apartments are at a good location, surrounded by nature and relatively quiet. The staff are friendly and the services at the apartment were good.

Considering I had a relatively long stay and at times needed to work remotely, an office chair, which was not available, would have been more appropriate with the desk in the room.

Excellent apartments hotel, in a quiet location, very close to central business district. The staff is very professional and friendly. The reception's team, the restaurant's employees and the housekeepers are very helpful. The accommodations and facilities including a huge garden, a swimming pool will make your stay very pleasant.

The only bad thing I noticed is the gym facilities. The main equipment are broken and very old. I hope they'll replaced them before my next trip.
