Hotel is well situated near the beach and promenade and Marina area so handy for everything. Many cafes etc. nearby. We were upgraded to a small suite which was a bonus. The bar on 35th floor had a great view and a good vibe. Short walk to the tram which takes you to the Metro and from there to e.g. Burj Khalifa (1hr journey total).

There is a well known problem with the lifts - insufficient number for the building so often a long wait to get up or down. Hilton The Walk is a 5-min walk by simple above-street corridor to the next door Hilton which has the beach access and better swimming pool, but prices are higher there so take your pick.

Everything was just amazing, swimming pool very nice, beach area so good & so well taking care of, security people are very alert to anything that my affected your peaceful stay… staff are very helpful especially Sherzdo( if I spell it right) who upgraded our room , many thanks to him… and the staff are nice …… the food is great, the drinks were nice…. It was a lovely stay….

pool area could be better music by the pool at sister hotel too loud! lifts took ages to come, was glad I was on a lower floor & could walk the stairs

The reception from the staff when we arrived after a long flight. Karen was very welcoming, as was her colleague (apologies forgotten his name) he swiftly showed us to a different room which would be available quicker as we arrived before check in and were offered the facilities to wait for our room. Although this felt like an eternity it was much sooner than expected. Thanks The room was a good standard, a little noisy at times but you are on the walk! enjoy it while you can. The hotel was having some work done which wasn't mentioned we just headed out to avoid it. Ahmed was amazing the room was always cleaned to a high standard, very helpful always smiling. (Room 503 Hang onto my GHD straightener's I left behind in my rush as I will be back in October). Concierge were always helpful too Great Sky seating/bar upstairs, also can use facilities in both hotels.

On 2 occasions I bumped into Kids on bikes/ scooters riding through reception close to an accident. Be prepared to wait for a lift. Just adds to the experience.

The hotel is ideally located in JBR, with lots of restaurants, shops, coffee places etc. A 20 minutes taxi ride to Burj Khalifa and 10 to the Palm or Bur Al Arab. All pretty easy. The hotel is very good and the access to the Hilton Jumeirah for the beach and larger swimming pool is ideal. The family room apartment is huge, with big bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, sitting room and bathrooms. The hotel is very clean everywhere and well maintained. The staff was lovely, helpful and polite. The staff at the Hartisan breakfast were particularly friendly and lovely. A brilliant stay as a family of 5 with a young baby.

We liked everything but something should be done for the elevators as the system doesn't work and one can spend a good 10 minutes waiting for a lift even when there aren't many people there.

Just besides the pool there is construction work for a new high rise building which give some noise at the pool and beach area. This will be up to 2023 I think. It should be mentioned in the hotel description

The location is excellent as the JBR walk is just a doorstep away with loads of options for dining and entertainment.

The facility is quite old hence I felt little bit of a smell, so definitely need maintenance and overhaul. Further the buffet breakfast could be managed better as we had to wait for 20 minutes to get a table at the breakfast with a 2 year child which is not an ideal situation.

Greeting very nicely, and we were also upgraded. Lovely 2 bed apartment. Location ideal. Literally a stones through from the beach, lots of restaurants. Nice vibrant buzz, yet relaxing and calm in thr hotel.

I think the buffet for breakfast could have been better in respect to some plates were not 100 clean.

The staff were incredible Apart from the guy who checked us in, very rushed and confusing and not the welcome we expected. We were hit with a £600 (3000 AED) deposit upon arrival which we were not informed about my Booking.com which meant our budget was affected upon arrival with no warning. The house keeping staff were exceptional and even created a lovely birthday surprise in the room with a towel swan, rose petals and balloons with a sweet message on the bed. This was exceptional as I had only made mention of my wife's birthday in general chit chat.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel had shared facilities only, this was not reflected in the promotional materials or images, and that all the amazing facilities were actually in the adjoining Hilton Jumeriah beach hotel. In the end it was not a huge issue as we could get there via the lifts and a short walk but it was very inconvenient when having to return to our rooms from the beach or the pool.

The location, cant be beat! A short 10 to 13 to Metro and close to marina and beach. Grocery shopping and lots of restaurants near by and the Ain Dubai and Address are walkable too! Special shout out to Caroline who gave me a higher room with a better view!Thank you!

The hotel lift was a nightmare 😫. The room was comfortably but definitely need refurbishing. There are two Hilton hotels they are connected by a bridge and you are free to use it but I went there first by mistake to check in. This is Hilton the Walk the other is Hilton Jumeirah and is alot smaller. The walk has over 40 floors .
