Go Inn São Paulo - Jaguaré

I stayed just 1 night because I had an early meeting nearby early the next day and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, given the price. Because it was so affordable, I thought it might be a little run-down but quite the opposite! Breakfast was very nice.

It took 20 mins to get my receipt upon check-out. I didn't even need the official Nota Fiscal then -- just a receipt -- but even that took 20 mins.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean and enough space for a one night stand. The location was perfect for my needs.

I asked for an extra bed or crib for my baby when I booked but the room i was given didn't have it. It was late so I chose not to ask to change to a different room and let the baby sleep in my bed.

Pillows were not good enough, they were too thin. The cleaning lady woke me up in the morning to check if there was a need to clean the room, there should be a sign next to the door to put outside of the room stating "Do not disturb". My friends found that sign in the bathroom next to the towels, I didn't check. Long queue to buy snacks, drinks and food because sometimes there is only one person to do the check in and check out process, answer the phone and receive payment from people. I would recommend having another person to support the service, automating the check in/out process or providing food in the rooms to be payed in the check out. As other people said, the noise can be disturbing since there is a heliport nearby, people speaking out loud in the corridor and car moving on the avenue.

The staff was genuinely very friendly. The apartment was clean and super comfortable.

Horrible Location. Very loud, even when you are going to sleep you can hear the helicopters in the area. And very far away from everything, just a few options for eating, the area is not the worse but is not that safer either. A bit isolated with many gas stations along the way. All in all :( Just for the location I would say a bit pricy and not worthy.

Excellent location! Basic breakfast, but not included in the ordinary rate. Good attention to COVID19 precautions. Close to a simple Brazilian steakhouse and a10 min ride to the excellent Villa Lobos Mall.

Noisy due to heavy traffic: lots of cars, buses, trucks and... helicopters!! Noisy, old wall mounted AC unit in the room. Tiny bathroom with sink outside and at the room entrance. Very basic bed & bath linen. No cleaning unless asked for at reception. No operational phone in the room, calls only the hotel reception.
