The man on reception was lovely. Very helpful & friendly. Was a pleasure dealing with him. ( handsome too ladies 😉) The hotel was only a year old. So everything in New condition, well furnished, clean & such comfy bed. If I could have purchased the pillow on the bed, I sure would have as it was the Best pillow I've ever slept so well on. Pleeeease ship me one over 😁 Bathroom was modern too & shower was good with great pressure & water was hot. Down stairs there was a breakfast room where you could order breakfast & also a wee drinks area at reception for drinks.. Airport was just over 30 mins away and had to catch a bus from outside airport. Thank you though for a comfy stay 10/10

Bit too far out of the city. Just over an hour & 20 I'd say. Had to catch a bus then a train. No shops near by to buy food or drinks & no restaurants either. No facilities in the room to make tea or coffee which I think all hotels should have, Especially if ya from England as we sure do love a cuppa in the morning 😉☕ No hair dryer in the room either, which all us woman sure need...

The hotel is brand new It is located 5 min from the airport and there is a good transport from and to the airport. The staff was very kind and the accommodation was really quick. No problems at all. The room was very clean and I liked it very much. I recommend the hotel!

There is no food nearby but you can order from a pizza menu. There is a lot of food in the menu and they bring you the order to the door which is super. And the prices are good enough. The quality of the food is not good but it's some kind of food. About the hotel - everything is perfect. Just because it is very close to the airport from early morning to late at night you hear all the flights but for one night that is not a big deal. I recommend the hotel!

It's all you need 15euro cab ride from airport and they have a shuttle for 7 euro each for way back it is new so everything updated and clean no food available so we went to moxies next door where the food was pretty bad but other than an order in pizza, that's it thought it was s bit pricey for such a basic hotel might just take the train into city next time

The lady receptionist is really not a very welcoming person - she made us want to leave immediately. Fortunately her two male colleagues very nice. The room is very small, the bed as well quite small for two people. The location is actually not very good, not many bus connections with the airport - but the hotel provides shuttle bus for 6 or 7 EUR/person. Free coffee or tea would be nice - you have to pay everything and quit pricey. Rapport qualité-prix médiocre

Check in was simple. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom had necessities. Very uncomplicated and nice stay.

The location was not easy to reach at night. There is only one bus stop next to the hotel. There are buses that can take you to the airport. But they do not run at night. I had a real trouble to reach the hotel at night because no night buses go through the area where the hotel is. Only way to reach it at night is taxi.

Kasia was really excellent - she sorted out a taxi for us early in the morning and also fixed a blown fuse in our room. She was great! We came from central Berlin by train to BER took an Uber to the hotel - 9 euro- and a booked cab at 4 am for an early flight (13 euro) back to BER. I was a bit anxious about the arrangements given some of the other reviews but this worked really well and was very cost effective. The hotel is in a weird place but does exactly what it says on the tin. The shower was basic but good and the room was very clean and pleasant.

It is close to the airport and quite affordable. The amenities are good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of kudos also for the great breakfast with a decent amount of vegan options!

The reception was closed when we checked in and the automatic check-in takes very long, because of all the data to fill in. I found out too late that it can also be done online. Then it’s okay, I guess. :)

Very clean and comfortable inexpensive hotel based about 10 minutes bus ride from Berlin Airport T1 and T2, though after about 9pm the buses stop, but taxis easily available. Standard European style buffet breakfast, with plenty for all tastes. Great base for an overnight stay before an early flight. Like a UK Travelodge but cleaner!

Area is still very much under development (August 2022) so nowhere in nearby surroundings to eat or drink at the moment, other than a pizza which reception will order.

Very friendly staff. I had a bad day therefore I was not very friendly and kind at check in however despite my behavior girl at the reception was extremely professional and let me stay my pre-booked one night stay. Thank you girl.

I think there are few things that every hotel staff must know exactly - it's location of nearby ATM and location of nearby grocery store, that's something they didn't get it right.

The hotel was very modern, room was very clean, comfy and good size. The shower was very good powerful and warm water, it is €20 in a taxi from airport about 7’minutes, also connected by 3 bus services on the door step. it was a perfect hotel for drop off for travelling from airport .

The reception service wasn’t spectacular , we where early and she didn’t even acknowledge to see if she could check us in. we left our bags and went off for the day. The receptionist on evening was very rushed and seemed under pressure . not a generally pleasant check in experience .
