Cosmo Hotel Palace

Location of the hotel is good, if you are travelling by car, because it is right next to the motorway exit, they have plenty of parking spaces and also a car garage. Breakfast was good and big, you can choose from fresh vegetables and fruit, pastries and much more. Helpful and friendly staff at the reception.

Quite far away from Milano city centre, by public transport you need almost 40 min to reach it. Also, not very important, but I have to mention it, plastic cups in room and bathroom. In such a hotel I would expect a glass.

The Cosmo Palace is a lovely hotel. spacious. comfortable seating areas in the lobby and bar. Very reasonably priced. The staff at reception are very friendly, welcoming and will do anything for you. Taxi outside the lobby to take you where you need to go or a quick phone call from reception and they will be there in 5 minutes. The bar staff are lovely too and you are made feel very welcomed. I love the fact that there are snacks there to nibble on if you buy a drink. Restaurant staff also very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are basic and comfortable. very clean and the mattress was very comfortable too. we had a great nights sleep. Little bottles of good quality Shampoo,Conditioner and Shower gel in the bathroom as well as a hairdryer overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

The staff is very friendly and helpful (both restaurant and reception) It is a great option, as it has a tram stop about 200m away and different bus lines options. I suggest taking the tram (line 31), which has connections with the green metro line (if I'm not mistaken, it is the 3 one). The rooms are wide, clean and comfortable: just what we needed. We stayed at the 239 and 240 ones. Definitely an option for another time in Milan.

The room was comfortable and clean. I thought the bathroom was particularly good - shower worked very well. Bed was comfortable and linen changed at least once during our stay. The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you!

It was an extremely hot few days - temperatures up in the mid thirties. The air conditioning was inadequate and therefore it was difficult to sleep. This may have been this particular room or the entire hotel.

I just did a stopover here with my boyfriend and we arrived late. The Check-In went easy, the staff member at the reception was very kind and polite. Our room was perfectly clean. We had a good hot shower and a nice sleep in the comfortable bed.

The breakfast was standard. It could have had more different types of cheese and more savoury options. Instead of that, they offered a lot of cake, sweet yogurts and cereals. That wasn’t bad, but i’m not used to it.

Fast and smooth check in, nice breakfast, good wifi, parking in front of the building. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, there was no noise from the highway.

Part of our crew arrived late and were charged again for the room, but the hotel noticed during the night and informed us first thing in the morning, so it was not a bad thing.

We stayed a couple of nights, and it was our 2nd time to stay in this hotel. We like the interiors of the hall and its lounge area, as well as the spacious and clean room (our double bed was very comfortable!), while the rich buffet breakfast was that of a 5* hotel. For us, coming from Verona, the position was very convenient, being the hotel next to the highway. It is also just about 15 minutes from Zona Isola by car.

Very nice big hotel! Easy to drive from/to airport, free private parking available. Metro station was quite far (25-30 min walking) but in 5-10 minutes walking there was a bus stop to go there. Hotel was very big, also the room, quiet place. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was much better than expected - different bakery, cheese, ham, salami, fruits and fruit salad, eggs and bacon, yogurts. Good coffee and different choices as well.

Great breakfast, excellent clean room which was big for 3 single beds. Plenty of storage and we were kindly provided with toiletries for the bathroom. I would stay here again.

Only gave 1 complimentary bottle of water to share between 3 people? Even reception staff said it doesn't make sense. Sounds like a hotel policy.

Bed and furniture wat too low! had to crawl to the floor to get out of bed. Beautiful design but not practical! Bathtub not comfortable to use. I feared slipping in the high tub and slick floor surface. Beautifully designed though!
