The location of the hotel near the Metro just walk about 5 minutes and near shopping mall. Room not too big but it okay and breakfast was good.

The pillow only 1 per person and very very thin, and the room very cold in the night the AC not working and not have heater.

It’s very close to the subway, Lidl, and Pirelli Bicocca (free entrance, cool art gallery/ foundation). It’s easy to get from here to the town centre. The room was comfy, clean, and people from reception very nice & kind. We left our luggage there for some hours on our last day which was nice.

Staff is nice and friendly, we needed additional pillows and they provided them very quickly. Classic hotel breakfast but diverse enough, for example, fresh eggs and bacon, yoghurts, fresh pastry etc. It is not center, but it is located really 5 min walk from metro station so within 20min you are in the center.

Sometimes wanted to open window but that was not possible - they are locked, guess for safety reasons. Nevertheless I cannot count it as huge problem. Could not really find quickly TV haha)) but don't use it often, it was more out of curiousity. So also not a huge finding

Room and bed was very big, hotel was very clean. Breakfast was nice but for 15euro each I found it a bit expensive as I only ate Continental so we ate across the road and the coffee stall, two coffees and two croissants 5euro. Staff at front desk very good, was within a few minuts was to Bignami metro station and approx 20minute walk to Milano greco pirelli train station, felt very safe around this area walking around day and night time.

Great location (only 5 win walk to Metro), room was clean and people are friendly.

I asked them 2 times (on the phone and by e-mail) do you have electric charger for Tesla. They said both times:”yes yes just come no worries”. So I arrived with 10% battery and guess what, they have some charger but you need to have an extension that I don’t have so I had to go 20 km outside the city on Supercharger and come back, lost 2 hours on that but ok. They could say for that extension both times and I would arrive with full battery at the Hotel. Everything is good but that.

-breakfast - underground parking for 12 euros , spacious parking spots - location near the metro station 1/2h to duomo -fast elevator - good bed , comfy - very clean

- the AC didn't shut down properly and it was cold in the room because it starded every 2-3 hours -permanent noise coming probably from the laundry machines on the upper floor No quilt, just a thin blanket for the night no electric cattle and no glasses only some plastic cups. -no socket on my side of the bed and no nightstand but instead A LOG , INCREDIBLE.

location is good, not in the city center but near the metro 5 station. easy to find, and there’s a LIDL supermarket near the hotel.

Air conditioning was good. Room looked fine. Nice bathroom. The breakfast was fine. TV is in the mirror wall, never seen anything like this before. Nice friendly staff.

TV was small. Room was okey, but the chair to the little table was funny. The jam machine and the coffee machine did not fully work but the staff did give us cappuccino and jam on request. In the elevator it said breakfast is up to 11:30 but they did not serve after 11:00.
