It was clean, good air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The room was in the zero floor. I felt like in a bunker. The view from the window was not good. It should have even some plants… There was no toilet lid. The guy in the reception when I arrived just gave me the key and the directions to the room. Any information about Wi-Fi, breakfast and services of the hotel. The guy when I left was much more friendly. In my last day the cleaner tried to open the door twice before checkout time. She even knocked the door…she was turning the key as if the room was empty…but it was very early and I was not supposed to checkout yet.

The staff are helpful, and I had no difficulty communicating with them. The room was clean, new and spacious enough. The location is not the best for tourists, but the price is okay, especially for a touristy city like Milano.

For tourists visiting Milano, the location is out of the way, in a suburb of Milano. You have to come by public transport and walk a while to get there. The hotel could use better signage, as our taxi driver had trouble finding it at night. Otherwise, no complaints; I would recommend this place.

The hotel is ok. Even if rooms are old and not super comfortable it is still a good choice to visit the city center forgetting about your car and for a fair price. They have a garage for 7euro and you can then you can walk at the metro station and be in the city center in 30 minutes. I didn't have any issue with AC in my room as other people said. WiFi is ok.

Rooms are not great but still decent. Comfort is not the best due to windows that don't properly close (and you are on a street with some traffic) and light front doors.

We had a last minute stay for 2 nights and the hotel is lovely, confortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and professional, we had an issue with the aircon and they gave us another room. The breakfast is only 10 euro, it’s simple but all what you need for that price and they offer fresh croissants, some fruits, good coffee, cereal… you also have a backyard which is nice to enjoy after a long day walking around. I’d definitely recommend and return to this place.

The beds are super comfy, the room basic but has everything you need. However, the staff is what makes this hotel really great.

It has been refurbished but the breakfast room could do with little more decoration. The food is frozen and the breakfast is not high quality. I would suggest to add some more signs outside to direct people arriving from the underground station and bus stop as the hotel is close but is a bit tricky to find.

It was great, as it was close to the venue I needed to get to. The room was also really large, and traveling with two other people, the size of the room was a really nice aspect. In a good area, we went out at night, and there was no trouble.

We spent a long time checking in and signing papers, and that was a bit annoying, being tired and hot (we were traveling in the middle of summer). The elevator seemed to work pretty badly, as well. It refused to work with three (slender) people and a small troller suitcase.

Really friendly staff who spoke good English and got the window fixed immediately when we reported that it was faulty. Michael on reception is a real sweetheart. It was so easy to get around from the hotel because it is so close to the M1 metro line. Location was also quiet so we slept well

It was a good a hotel, the only thing is you need to go pass through a "tunnel" and at night it's a little scary. But all in all, the location is quiet and peaceful.

The wifi was so poor..

Hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. Hotel has its own parking witch is very cheap but if you dont want to pay parking, you can easily find free parking outside of hotel. If you want to take metro to the city center,station is about 3-4 minutes on foot. Breakfast was delicious and the waiter Mr Alfonso is the most proffesional we met in Italy,maybe not only Italy. He is doing everything at breakfast and always with smile. Sure we will return in this hotel when we come back in Milano.

The staff are absolutely nice and approachable especially Michael Pimentel (receptionist). Such a big help and knows his job so well that makes us tourist worry free in exploring the beautiful city.

The pillows have unpleasant smell thus opted for it to be changed daily.
