Convenient location, proximity of restaurants within walking distance, great coffee in lobby, reasonably quiet area overall. Will stay there again.

The pool looked dirty; very uninviting. I was surprised as so much attention is paid to other details. Mattress in bedroom rather uncomfortable and should really be upgraded.

The location was fine - we've stayed before and enjoyed it since you can walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were pleasant, and the room was comfortable and clean. I really liked the bed and the large down pillow - slept better than at home! Breakfast was very good - had an omelet that really hit the spot. We'd come again.

Check in at 3pm and check out at 12pm, we left earlier but its nice to have an hour extra as other hotels check out time is 11am. They have swimming pool which looked nice to us but we didn’t have time to experience. Front desk staff were friendly. We were in rush so no time for breakfast too, but it looked nice and clean. The room is not so small, not so big for group of 4 adults and kid but we got what we paid for, nothing to complain at all.

The hotel is very clean and the facilities are great too. The gym is very nice, also the pool and jacuzzi are amazing. The reception staff is super polite and friendly, especially Jeffrey who would go over and beyond to make the guests comfortable and happy with their stay. The rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable. I regularly use this hotel and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

The only two things that could improve in my opinion are the room cleaning service schedule and the toiletries in the bathroom. The room cleaning needs to be booked in advance, which is fine by me but the maids did not show up at the time we have booked it. Shower gel in the shower would be better than the soap bars. Very minor things, overall the hotel and all facilities are great!

welcoming receptionist-great customer service!! Easy process checkin/out. Very clean place and room was spacious. No smell of smoke or anything bad. Fast elevators. Delicious breakfast.

Some amenities not available yet. Parking spaces are compact.

They had no water in the room, they said it was because of a "water shortage" but they had plenty in their store...

Nice and clean room. Free parking. Within walking distance of public transport. Some nice restaurants nearby.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed there!! Everything was was great, other than it was quite warm in the hallways & elevator! No other issues at all! Will definitely stay again!!!
