Very helpful, complimentary shuttle to the 2 malls, had a nice pool, check out at noon is much better than 10 or 11 am When I found out the room had a small cooler instead of a fridge, they brought us an additional cooler to seperate the food more to keep cooler. Also accomodated us by putting sime of our food in their refrigerator. Room service food arrived very fast and tasted good.

Thought the mini fridge in room was a mini fridge and found out our food was warm because it was only a cooler. No water bottles offered. Ice room was locked by early evening. Wished pool was open longer than 4-9pm because we did not get to use it at all. Wish it was open earlier and until 10pm.

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, the room was nice

They had a reality show contest,which brought in shady people, they were yelling profanities, there were children and older adults around. I asked to have my elderly parents by me to help them navigate around or to help them if they needed it -to be there for them and that was not done and when I asked they told me they were booked and could not do that for me. At 2 and 3 in the am there were people yelling outside our room. Not a good stay the only good thing was the hotel was nice.

The room we got was on the 6th floor nice space, tv, desk, and fridge. It was clean from the sheets and pillows to us having enough towels and rags for our stay along with provided soaps and lotion. Great breakfast.

The only item I would recommend having is a microwave or at least one that is advertised if someone wants to warm up left overs like we wanted to. I would also recommend some apps to be served at the bar or some hrs for the restaurant to serve dinner on weekends. Also some complimentary water/ mint on the pillow would have been a nice treat.

We picked it out for the location, so close to tysons and all the shops and restaurants we could ask for. I loved the attention to us by the staff from Guy at the breakfast buffet, to Patrick and Sandra at the front desk. Also to the one front desk agent who got me some Tylenol when I had a bad headache and had been waiting for towels for over an hour I reall thank you.

The fact that only the 9th and 8th floors could stream their streaming services on their TV; found it lame, I've stayed at lesser hotels that let you do that. Also, the soda machine on our floor didnt work and at first it took our a bit of money from my credit card, but it refunded. I just went downstairs for soda, it was cheaper there too so a win. And the ice machine on our floor didnt work but the ones on the upper floor did work.

Text messaging for help was awesome. They respond immediately with my questions and request. I never had this experience with other hotel stays before. This 24h concierge is very helpful. This is a very good idea for guest care.

The room is quiet small and ventilation is not good. Room was humid and carpet smell was bad. Mini refrigerator is not cold enough. Furnitures have stains and rips. One day I hope they change this. Location, free parking is awesome but the room itself is not really nice as much.

You have Tesla chargers on your free parking lot. That is an amazing selling point

I had a slip near the elevator. It was a "wet spot" by the glass banister near the main lobby elevators. I immediately told someone at the counter and I appreciated that they came and wiped it up right away. They asked if I was ok and showed concern, I also appreciated that. What I did not know is that the hotel allows pets (not a service dog) on the premise. The "wet spot" was in an awkward place. I later heard a small dog bark while heading to the front counter to check out. Realizing that I most likely slipped in, dog urine makes me a little upset. Also not realizing that my knee will still be a little tender a month later is not settling either. Not sure if anything will be done, just sharing my experience. Thanks.

Room was roomy! Clean, comfortable mattresses. Enjoyed the bar, where we had dinner. Bar staff and all the hotel staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful.

One thing - the fan or vent in our bathroom did not work (We were in rm 560.)

The lobby was so beautiful. The location of the hotel was perfect because everything you needed was nearby. Vegetarian restaurants were within a mile or less which made me super super happy! It is a family friendly hotel indeed.

The bathroom could have been bigger but I loved the layout of the bathroom with the walk-in shower that I requested and was granted upon check-in.

I love it here! I always feel comfortable when staying rooms are always clean, comfortable beds.

A front desk attendant was on her personal phone around 2:50am ignoring me and my fiancé we stood there for about 5 mins while she didn’t even acknowledge us so we walked away. Very rude whoever that was.

The hotel was beautiful and everyone was so kind. The room was so clean and it was very well laid out. Everything moved like a well oiled machine. It was a great stay. My kids loved it. We checked out and headed to Tysons Corner mall.

There were a lot of kids running around and making noise all night. This was in no way the hotel's fault, but the parents of the kids fault. The food wasn't very good from the restaurant either. It was cold and bland.
