Customer service at the front desk was great. They called our room 30 minutes after we arrived just to check to make sure that everything was comfortable in the room. Great hospitality

The only negative was that the ice machine on the first floor was not working and I had to go to the third floor but outside of that everything was comfortable. The hotel is still under construction but there was no issues as far as hospitality the hostess.

It was clean. One could tell that the place was out dated and repairs have been done, but it was functional and clean which was a great suprise for a value hotel.

Bed was hard and caused hip pain and really wish there would've been more of a hot food selection at breakfast. The first day had sausage and the second day had sausage and boiled eggs. This was closer to a continential breakfast not the 'hot breakfast' that I was led to believe.

paid for room with cash n they charge a 50 dollars deposit once we left they check room but wasn't gonna give me money back because said towel was missing but it was in closet they don't look who steals towels if u know u have to get money back but they found it and my money was returned.

I was extremely tired when I arrived and they got me in a room early. It was very appreciated.

For some reason the swimming pool is never open, it was the reason I selected this hotel.

There was not breakfast. Nobody mention breakfast room Was under construction.

I was traveling for work, no closes restaurant, and No communication about breakfast room.

I love my stay housekeeping was nice the front desk was nice they attended to my needs and they handle their job professionally

The only thing I didn't like was the potholes in the parking lot.
