Lighting and security access in the rear parking lot might have been better. Catalytic converter was stolen from my car. Car theft ring hit two hotels in the area - Comfort Inn Matteson and Hampton Inn-Homewood where a classmate of mine also had her catalytic converter stolen. Hotel was/is cooperating with local PD and did have security cameras in operation. I can't blame the Comfort Inn for what happened. They're victims of these theft rings as well.

The breakfast was excellent, and it was very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite.
My key card was not opening my door. I had to continue coming from the 2nd floor back to the front desk. to get my card re activated. I was told to make sure no other device was close by like my cell phone in which Imade sure of.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The food was very good and the kitchen assistant was very helpful and kept the area very clean and tidy. The location was very convenient and hotel was easy to find.
We had a two queen bed room for 4 adults and it was not very spacious but we made it work for the value.

I stayed there for six days and asked that my room be cleaned several times and it was not cleaned until the day before I left. I had dirty linen my entire stay. That was the biggest problem I had at this location.

I liked the continental breakfast, the egg muffins were a hit, and the apple and orange juice as well. Coffee was good, and the endless supply of lemon infused water. My son liked the free wifi.

The beds are so comfortable, Great value for the price. Smooth check in and check out. I love the location!! It's near EVERYTHING.
The only thing I guess they could do is fix the wobbly toilet. That was no biggie but if I had to choose something that is it.

Did not have time for breakfast. No water or sprite on 3rd floor machine. Vending machine was hard to understand. Did not know how much cost.
