Room almost as advertised., but quite small for the price, like London. Lovely personal at every post! Wine fairly priced!!!

parking fee, no food in late afternoon. Car parking is to high, after L.A. Taxes, the room is to small to be a $350.00 stay. Rather dumpy neighborhood.

The hotel is silent. There can be a little construction sound in the mornings, it but doesn't bother too much, Staff is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants at walking distance. Its location is nice and is easy to find for Uber, Lyft, etc. I'd rather rate it 8.5, but since 9 would be too much, I will stick with 8.

The room definitely needs some more facilities, like a couch or an extra bedside table. The room was by no means small, but it can't be considered mid-sized either. There isn't much the hotel can do about this though.

The staff was helpful and they were extremely nice. They accommodated my late checkout. Very pleased with my stay.Excellent location for traveling to Cedar Sinai Hospital.

A little pricy for the area with not a lot of on site amenities but the friendly staff makes up for it.

The location, rooftop view, and breakfast were very good. The breakfast was very affordable for the area. The room was clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable.

The prices of these rooms are too high for what you get. The valet parking fee is also high. For the same rate, you can stay at the SLS Resort around the corner with a lot more amenities.

Room was modern and clean and more than enough room. Isaiah, the front desk person, was great! He was so helpful in guiding me into the parking lot as it was hidden by construction. He went above and beyond.

Location…with so much construction going on, I passed The building and parking lot twice.

Great location and a very efficient and comfortable hotel. I always try to stay here when in town. Staff is friendly and the room is comfy and quiet.

Didn’t know “your device connection to the TV” or “Air ticket printing service” was working. Was water bottle free?

The guy at the bar was awesome. The guy that checked us in had a soothing personality, which is rare for me because I look like someone people don’t like to talk to. Everyone there was super nice and we loved it

Loved the friendly and helpful staff. The A/C in the room didn't seem to want to get too cold, but it was still wonderful.

A/C said it was cold, but it really needed a bit more for sleeping comfort.
