The room was very clean and very comfortable - beds were great! We booked this hotel after the one we had booked was really awful and not suitable for a family group. We managed to secure 3 nights here very last minute, booked and were in the room within the hour and the staff were very helpful. It was close to fabulous restaurants and cafes so we were really pleased to have found it.

Single use plastic!!! Everything wrapped in plastic and no option for recycling - so disappointing! We were extremely late arriving and ordered food from the bar which was expensive and not great! We discovered a fabulous diner just around the corner the next morning - would have been good if the hotel staff promoted these lovely local businesses such as the famous Factors deli 2 minutes away!

Basic buffet breakfast is too expensive ($70 with tip for a couple) there is a smell coming out of the drain constantly and no hangers for towels in the bathroom

The customer service was excellent with very friendly and polite staff members both at the front desk and room service. We have stayed in 4 different hotels on this trip and our experience at Beverly Hills Marriott has been most enjoyable. We believe the main drive behind the high quality of customer service is the hotel’s General Manager Sonesh. We could see him always walking the floor enquiring after the guests. Our room was very clean and the facilities were very well presented and maintained.

I love the location, the atmosphere at the hotel is lovely! The staff are polite and attentive. The bed is really comfortable and the view I had was stunning. The pool and hot tub are great! Overall another lovely stay at the Beverly Hills Marriott. Big thanks to Zoe on the front desk.

The hotel does need a little upgrade in regards to the room fixtures and finishing. Subtle wear and tear is evident throughout but this is definitely overshadowed by the positive attributes of the hotel.

We were looking for Starbucks style coffee because we had thought we’d seen something about it… when we found out they were unable to do espresso they promptly offered us coffee at the buffet, along with complimentary breakfast. So kind!!

We absolutely love almost everything about our stay. Friendly staff, easy check in-plus we had arrived early!!!, beautiful room with added couch, dinner on site was delish, along with complimentary breakfast in the morning. The one thing was the hot tub needs a face lift. The was very ridged, sharp and discolored. We loved the pool and the free lounge beds, if the hot tub was worked on I would have givin the place an 11/10!!

I had a surgery and I spent a total of 14 nights at the hotel and I loved the experience. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with accommodating my needs. I asked for a microwave and i had it brought to my room right away. Same happened with some dishes. At Beverly Hills Marriot the requests are dealt with on the spot. The front office staff I had the chance to deal with were great, very helpful, polite, professional. I can recall Brianna, Tracy, Andres and of course the wonderful manager Jennifer Rodriguez who exceeded my expectations. She is an awesome professional and amazing person. We had the flight at night and we normally had to leave the room at noon but she showed empathy for my situation and accommodated us so we can leave the room later. This is just an example of how nice she treated us. The staff who served breakfast were so friendly and nice. I can recall Jesus and Asi' s names but everybody were great. Jesus would go extra mile so I can feel good taken care of. Rooms were very clean, big size, comfy beds and sheets. Room facilities were good , AC was working great. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would always come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

These are some things that could be improved but they will not affect the rating I am giving to my experience. The Wifi was in and out sometimes but it didn't affect us that much as the staff was quick to fix the issue. The gym is pretty small, it could use some more equipment or just replace some of the running trails with something else so people can have more variety. The breakfast buffet has a small selection of food. If you spend there some days it is ok but if you spend about 2 weeks you can get tired of the options. Food was very good otherwise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to accomodate our needs.The hotel was very clean, very good positioned, there are places to eat near by, a supermarket, a CVS pharmacy. The waiter Jesus at the breakfast was amazing always going extramile to meet our needs.The front desk managers Jeniffer and Brianna were very nice and accomodated each and every request we had on the spot, fast and easy.The bed in the room was super comfy.We will definetly come back again to this hotel.

The AC in the room didn't work in the beggining but they fixed it right away so it was not an issue anymore.Sometimes the Wifi would stop working but we would notify the front desk and they would sort it fast

There was no place to hang up towels in the room or bathroom, the lighting in the room was awkward and inefficient, and the bathroom door does not easily stay closed for privacy. Also, the breakfast was decent, but many hotels would have served that buffet as complimentary, and if they were to charge, maybe $10. The whole menu was way overpriced in comparison to the quality of the food. I would still tip the server $20 or $30 for helping us, gladly, but that menu is highway robbery.

The Staff was excellent very helpful, and made the stay enjoyable. The location was great and the room was clean with the exception of the sheets having a strange odor.

The sheets didn't seem fresh when I got there, they had a strange odor. The room was clean. The sink also didn't drain but maintenance took care of that right away.
