I've stayed here twice and it's always been good. The room was big and very spacious. The wifi connection was really good. The staff was very nice. It's a good room if you are trying to stay overnight.. It was near Downtown but away from all the traffic. The deposit was only $100 but it does need to be in cash so heads up. You do get it back when you check out, so no waiting to get it back on your card.

The parking is small but they have additional parking on the other side of the building. At night, there are sometimes homeless people around so be careful if you are parking in the additional parking. The main problem I had was that the shower pressure wasn't good. Even when we turned it all the way up, it never got better. It looked like the showerhead was cracked. The showers also didn't have any shower doors or curtains.

The location was great, walkable to downtown (metro, coffee/food) beds were comfy and the staff held my luggage free of charge after check out before my flight back. It was quiet I got a good night's sleep. I don't think the tv worked but I didn't really use it anyways.

The water pressure could've been better but everything worked, AC was cold, heater was hot. The remote to the tv didn't work so I couldn't use it at all, the only way to change any programs (no buttons on the tv)

The hotel is old, but the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were not effusive, but polite and helpful. Very good value for such a central downtown location.

Negative comments by some other guests, who seemed to expect 5 star luxury for less than$100 in central Los Angeles.

The location is very different from the picture! Our 1st room was okay only minor holes on the wall but the 2nd room the wallpaper was peeling off the room smelled weird and the I believe it was a vent on the wall was very loose if we would’ve bumped something on it it would’ve fallen off.

Honestly it went great , i just wished i had planned it out alot better but other than that i had a good experience!

i liked the location but there wasnt any stores open and the nearest 7/11 was actually closed , but in my google maps it was marked as open but things like that dont bother me since i didnt full plan it like i usually do.

The location was very convenient. There's a good cafeteria around the corner. Room was fair.

The swimming pool looks very dirty and it was closed. Air conditioning makes a lot of noise all night long.

I do appreciate that the hotel agreed to cancel the single room without cancellation fees . Thanks a lot
