It doesn't come with the same amenities as a usual hotel, but if all you need is a stylish room in a great location with no fuss, then it's perfect. Good to have a small, but useful gym too.

Can be nosiy being in the main road and at weekends you can hear loud music, but they do supply free ear plugs.

The bed was amazing, room size was great too.The hotel was quiet, clean and the amenities were good.

When we arrived we had some trouble opening the door. The hotel receptionist (or atleast the guy sitting at the entrance) didn't even bother to look up and help us. Never even greeted us when entering/leaving. I get everything works with an app and an entrance code, but a little basic hospitality would be nice if you're working the front door. The guy at night was nice!

Clean and safe place. Free cold/hot water mashine.

Lack of parking space in garage. Additional charge for self service laundry room. More explanation for outside parkings and potential fees. Digital scale in the lobby for checking luggage weight will be great.

The atmosphere is great and the location is convenient.

There are some chipped paints in the bathroom and the bunk bed stairs are a little too small to climb.

No check in or check out- just a code to get into the building and into your room which was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful. The beds were comfy. The shampoo, lotion and body wash smelled wonderful. Staff was friendly. The feel of the hotel was great.

Having to walk five blocks after parking was not fun but my fault for not renting a smaller car or I could have found parking easier. Note to self * Do not rent an SUV if you want to stay at Sonder.

The best hotel we stayed at during our 3 weeks trip to US. The room was very cozy, the beds were super comfy, clean and pleasant environment. The young gentlemen with a curly hair from the reception has helped us a lot, he went extra mile to help us to resolve our situation which we had due to the personal reasons, really appreciate his swift decision making and kindness. Gentlemen from the security was also very cheerful and helpful. I wish all the best to all the employees of the hotel and thank you once again for all your help during our stay!

Good room size, cleanliness, bed comfort, soundproofing, privacy, shower pressure. Digital check-in was unusual but worked out well. Front desk was helpful with luggage storage.

There's only one elevator and a large number of rooms, with a very long walk to the elevator if you're on the other side of the building, and no option to take the stairs down to the lobby. Parking is also first-in first-served, which means you have to be parked and done with your car for the day before 5pm, or you won't get a park. We anticipated this, and got a park for both nights without issue. Just grab an early dinner.

very clean, stylish, super comfy rooms, super friendly helpful staff

the location was good if you have a car as it’s between Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, but there wasn’t really any cool places close by to just walk to and have breakfast. also missed the fitness Center and communal kitchen that was advertised here, which we kind of needed with a toddler in tow. had to Uber eats everything.

that it was clean and had nice bathroom.

the picture that they used where not the picture of the Santa Monica places just pictures of it so you have to drive over there with a car it’s not walking distance as I thought.

The room was very good, splendid bed very comfortable. The fact of not having card hotel keys and a code at the door was very convenient (I'm always loosing the card keys everywhere) Nice shower. Good location, a step away from downtown Santa Monica and very close to LA as well

Staff. They were all not very nice and some of them actually quite rude. The security guys were WAY LOT NICER than the hotel staff. It's actually a petty that with such a nice hotel, the staff is a disappointment.
