Room location was fine. Bed too soft, needed more towels for 5 night stay.

Restaurant manager was always rushing me out, ignored my requests. He gravitated to multiple guests, mostly male. Wait staff was great, kind and courteous.

Usual Four Points standards. You know what to expect. No surprises. Good location walking distance from a big mall and restaurants. Parking price is fair (for LA) and there is a gas station next to it.

For some reason they were overbooked when we arrived. We booked a double-bed room for a party of 3 and they didnt have it, so they had to fit us in a normal room and our friend had to sleep in a improvised bed on the ground for the first night. It was disapointing. There are no excuses for overbooking with all the technology we have today. That being said, they quickly moved us to the correct bedroom in the next day and offered a parking discount. If wasnt by this issue, I would have no complains.

Friendly and welcoming staff, always greet you on arrival or leaving the hotel for the day. It was clean and tidy. Bar well stocked and good prices to have a few drinks after a long day out and about. Breakfast great selection to set you up for the day.

Cleaners only cleaned your bedroom every 2 days, would of preferred a daily clean and tidy - this was available on request but would of preferred this service to be a given, without having to prompt. Outside of the hotel (alot of police activity was witnessed - does make you feel a bit nervy) and a few undesirables hanging around (extra security was added a few days later - which helped provide a bit more reassurance to guests) but this could of happened anywhere in Los Angeles.

Right across the street from a mall, so it was easy to walk over to it. They discounted our parking to a much more affordable price.

I stayed at the hotel because it was an early morning pick up point for a tour I went on. The room was good and the staff friendly. A bonus was the outdoor (slightly heated) pool where I could go and relax. Within a short walking distance from the hotel is a large mall with many shops and restaurants. It was easy for me to walk there. The hotel also has an in-house restaurant/bar facility. The hotel is also close to LAX which made it no hassle to get there by taxi for my flight.

The last time I stayed there the hotel had no record of my Booking.com reservation when I arrived at night. The manager had left already and the staff on duty did not have access to the booking.com system to verify. But they did provide me with a room and they contacted booking.com customer service to try and verify and sort out the glitch.

I like the convenience of the hotel being right across the street from the mall and some bars and restaurants. I like that the hotel has a bar and a place to eat if required.

I didn't like the price. We have stayed a number of time at this hotel over the passed 10years and although I understand rates need to increase, we stayed here for 6 nights last year and this year almost cost the same for 3 nights. Granted it was a different time of the year but that was a major increase in rates.

The beds were comfortable and I felt that the size of the room was appropriate for a room with two queens. We were glad to have a fridge as well. Also the service was excellent. Brianna at the front desk was especially helpful! Our flight had been delayed by a few hours and she was so gracious in letting us use the pool until we had to leave for the airport even though we had already checked out. She went above and beyond to help me and my kids!

The bathroom is extremely small, especially the sink area. There was a stain in the bathtub and the water pressure was not good in the shower. I also would have appreciated more towels in the room, we had 3 guests and had to ask for extra towels a few times.

Great service, nice location (the Westfield mall is right across from the hotel & Sofi stadium is 13 min from the hotel), and comfy beds.

They didn't provide room service but they did provide alternative options, for example, Uber eats. They only provided half a roll of toilet paper, so we had to request more, and the room didn't provide a lot of lighting. The lighting was moody which can be aesthetically pleasing but our group preferred more lighting options.

Hotel is in a convenient location in LA. Parking is easy but costly (27 USD per night). Room has a good size.

Nights were a bit noisy since windows are kind of thin and hotel is next to a road. Bed was a bit short if you are taller then 185cm. Parking should be explained a bit better. I was expecting a remote parking lot to park based on the description but it was very convenient.
