When I make a review about a stay, I keep my expectations at a level consistent with the payment I made. The place is a safe and comfortable place for its price. It’s not a luxurious hotel, so don’t expect a super fancy place. But the price was good even last minute, the sheets and towels were clean, the room was cleaned, the air conditioner worked perfectly on a super hot day, the staff was welcoming, so I had a comfortable one day stay.

The mirowave didn't work in room 301 called front desk they said they would send someone to my room but no one ever came ro check the microwave

Very safe and quiet area, big comfortable room. Cleaner than i expected. Cute cats living in the Woods outside.

No coffee, they key stopped working twice, toilet got clogged twice and the bathroom was kind of nasty. But you get what you pay for!

The guy at the front desk was awesome 😎 very helpful even though they couldn't find my reservation. We were able to drive up to our door, which is helpful since my husband & I both have back & leg injuries.

They couldn't pull up my booking information so instead of $58 I paid $80. And I would have gone somewhere different for that price. The one bed has cigarette burns all over it. The light was on when we got there and it appeared {and smelled} as if someone had just been in our room to use the rest room.

Some areas of the property are very, very dark, needs better bright lighting. And the driveway should be replacement and replacements. Speed bumps

The walk up the hill to bld 3 ..I did not have a car I am 66 years old had to lug my way up..I did ask if there was a lower room ..he said no but I saw empty in building 1 ..I got lost trying to find building 3

They were very nice and accommodating! They gave me a room that was quiet and had a working refrigerator and freezer and microwave! Clean but dated room. They also had free WiFi and a lot of cable channels!

The bed and linens needed to be upgraded but they said they are updating rooms! However it was clean!

Very clean, quiet, and private. Very nice staff. As soon as we got there, they gave us extra towels, and wash cloths right away, and asked if we needed ANYTHING!!!!!

The bed my Husband, and I slept in seemed old, and I could feel the springs. Our backs were hurting very bad. Also, shower head would not move, so my Husband had to bend down to wash his hair.

The perfect place to stay when passing through . Staff was friendly and close to alot of restaurants. Even a movie theater near by . Neighborhood was good . Not much foot traffic around . A hr from Washington dc aswell. . A bargain for the price

Room was cleaner than I expected and had all necessities for a short stay. Reception was friendly and helpful. Easy parking in front of my room. Only saw 4 bugs (flies and beetles, no roaches!) in two nights.

No shampoo. A bit far from Baltimore.
