Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Harrisonville

It was comfortable and clean, quiet and cooled very well. Staff treated us very well, and when we decided to stay another night, we were able to get the room we had the first night. Next time I am in Harrisonville, we will stay there again.

Just one minor thing, it really was not a deterrent for us. When toilet flushed made a lot of noise, but just for a few seconds, so not an issue.

At 1 am we arrived and had an appointment at 6 am after a 13 hour drive, but we did not have to do business through a tiny window. I felt safe and had everything necessary to get immediate cool and comfortable sleep without spending too much. The desk manager was very kind and came immediately to the desk which helped end a stressful day getting through a Dallas accident which reduced 5 lanes to 1. Hope no one got hurt on a Saturday night.

they said they had daily cleaning, but they only cleaned the room once (we stayed 5 nights) we asked for more toilet paper and clean towels, we never got them.

Location was good staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

had to have my keys reset every day hairdryer did not work although they did give me a new one things need to be updated.

The room was clean. Beds were fresh and comfortable. Availability so close to holiday. Great price for holiday season.

Key cards did not work. Had to keep going back to the room every time I left it.

Room was big, nice and very clean. Walmart and food was within walking distance!

Outside, garbage cans were overflowing.

Everything else was good.

Hallways were cold and vending machines on first floor not working. No breakfast due to Covid.
