Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and so was the entryway of the hotel. Room was clean and they offered to change bedding every day I said no.

No Hot tub and the pool was cold. The gentleman at the desk the next evening didn't understand what i was saying on the phone, so I went down to talk to him and he still didn't understand. I had to do actions to show him. I understand everyone is still learning, but when communication is not there it is hard.

The best were very comfortable and the control for the air conditioning work very well. It was also close to the event we were attending.

The carpeting needs to be replaced it has a lot of stains which makes the room feel less clean. Having the hotel entrance exit onto a one-way street it’s very inconvenient and hopefully will be changed when construction is finished on the highway.

The management and staff are very helpful and understanding. I checked out Sunday 4/10/22 and drove home to Logan, KS. On arrival at my house I had realised that I had left my son's insulin in the fridge in our room. I rang the hotel and the staff retrieved the insulin from the room. I spoke to the management and the organised to have the insulin shipped via UPS next day delivery.

The room was very modern and there were plenty of outlets. The curtains were really cool. The TV and room design were both great. Breakfast was on the nicer side.

In my room, the carpet wasn't clean, maybe the cleaning staff cuts corners.

Easily accessible, clean and beautifully updated hotel and rooms. Large breakfast area, great coffee and food selection. Staff were very professional, helpful and pleasant.

Needed additional luggage dollies.

Mattress was comfortable and room seemed clean. My wife liked shower soap, shampoo and conditioner in shower and appreciated the shower caps. Both men who work front desk different shifts were professional and accommodating.

We could hear people above walking no matter what time. We paid for 2 queen beds but when we went to room, it was not clean and we were given a single bed. The person working the front desk was surprised too. There was an extra fee for merchant processing of $5.70. What was this for? We would like a refund for that.

it was close to where we needed to be for the day which was the starlight theatre, nothing was more than 10 minutes away. The breakfast was super yummy, the staff were all so nice, the pillows were a gift sent from heaven, we will be back soon.

the receptionist that checked us in Saturday afternoon/evening was fantastic. even kind enough to spell out pool so our son didn’t hear and get excited prematurely. the very best service.

There was a lemon hanging from the door and something else, I forget. I’m not sure what that was about felt a bit like a magic spell or something, so that was a bit strange.

The location was convenient except that there is road construction in the area currently. The breakfast was great! The room was clean and comfortable. Overall hard to beat for considering all of these factors.
