Comfort Inn Lees Summit

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and easy to see they take pride in making the place really stand out among the other lodging options in Lee's Summit! Love the pool. Rooms large and clean and many channels to surf, giving more options to watch a decent show late at night. Breakfast a plus. Housekeeping was a late 20's beautiful Spanish girl. Very sweet and great at her job. Impressed with this place, especially after many disappointing stays in several other Lee's Summit hotels in the past. I have found a perfect spot for all my future visits.

Wish the pool was open later than 10 but most hotels close around that time. However, would be nice to swim after a long day spent with friends and family when visiting my hometown from Denver.

I requested a handicap room. And almost didn't get it. But another quest was willing to trade with me. I like that the lady at the desk made an effort to accommodate me.

The lighting in the bathroom was very dark and the water in the tube did not drain very good. Really don't like standing in standing water while showing. The handles at the end of the beds that keep the mattress from sliding off, were lose and one was almost off. The hand bars in the bathroom was rusty looked gross. No ice machine on the 1st floor. Needed a higher bar to hang my long dress on. Didn't like it dragging on the floor. Counter was small in the bathroom.

The desk clerk, Mike, was very helpful. He helped me bring our DoorDash order to the room, and found us an extra cover for my partner, who is always cold. The room was clean and comfortable. My partner had procedure at the hospital early yesterday morning, so being able to stay overnight, rather than try to make the drive so early in the morning, was a godsend.

There wasn't anything I really didn't like. I wish we had a room a little closer to the lobby for my partner, who has difficulty walking, but I understood there weren't a lot of rooms available when I booked our stay. And the wheelchair ramp outside was kind of far away from the front door. It was a struggle to get my partner into the building, and then walk to the room. He just got a wheelchair yesterday after we got home, so if we stay there again, transporting him to the room is going to be a lot easier.

I loved the location & the city of Lee's Summit was awesome honestly. The restaurants were GREAT. I enjoyed the privacy given. The staff was very easy going & not uptight. The pool closed way too early.

I actually loved everything about the motel... Except the checkout time...11am. WACK!!!! Why would someone want to have to get up early to check out after paying hundreds of dollars!??? Not curtious at all. They even cut our room key access off around 10am. I tried asking the website for late checkout, but it didn't work obviously. Like I said. Wack. The breakfast only had eggs & sausage,HOWEVER, We were very grateful & appreciative,something is definitely better than nothing. & The pool is cool, but it closed Way too early@10pm. It should be Midnight.

Food was good. Dining area was clean. Attendant was present all the time. Clerks were exceptional. Very nice and helpful. Ramone and night clerk were very helpful and wonderful. You have the kind of employees who make you come back. All of the building was clean and nice. Location was excellent. Our family was at Lees Summit Medical Center and it was within 2 miles of the hotel. We may be making a lot of trips that way and we will certainly want to stay at your Hotel. Easy access to good close restaurants. Requested room close to the elevator and that was granted.

First of all, We stayed 3 nights -- not 2 as stated here -- And I did not receive my points on this account. I was adamant about my account number being on the reservation. Three nights of points missing! Everything was fine with the hotel. We had just stayed at a Comfort Inn in Grand Island Nebraska that was Fantastic! This property could use some updating / deep cleaning. We felt safe here even though it was set in a dark area away from any other hotels or motels. It is across the interstate from good restaurants (with pubs). It was fine for what we needed.

Clean, modern, spacious room. Had the 2 queen room #330. Comfortable, clean beds and pillows. Nice towels. Tall shower head. Hot breakfast (Eggs and waffles, bagels, juice, cereal and milk, breakfast burritos.) Friendly, attentive staff. Felt safe overall.

Right next to freeway so can hear traffic noise all hours. Bathroom light is not very bright. Hard to put make up on. Price could always be cheaper.

The room was very clean and the shower was excellent because it exceptionally had also a hand shower which Europeans usually appreciate. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was very nice with different options.

The wifi was very unstable. It hardly worked at all.

Everything, the staff was nice, everything was clean, breakfast was great. I don’t have any negative things to say about this place. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Nothing I really can’t complain about anything this is a nice hotel. Not your super 5 star, but awesome for the price.

Mike, the night desk host, was so very helpful in US planning our trip and arriving safely at the hotel as our destination. It turns out that he is also a bicyclist and was able to offer us great advice on routes to take to get there. He went above and beyond the extra mile to even email us a perfect route.

We were very disappointed that the breakfast did not have any kind of fruit. We were looking for fresh bananas or oranges. There were hot eggs and sausage for breakfast however there was no yogurt either.
