Quality Inn & Suites Carthage

We simply cannot fault the staff or accommodation 10/10. super hotel in a very quite and secure location a stone’s throw from the historic square and other attractions. we had a super large room that was spotless with a king bed and crisp white linen. staff went out of their way throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. thank you for the use of the phone to sort out our flat tyre x

nothing it was all perfect

Vinny at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Nice outdoor areas to walk dogs. Room seemed clean, nice lighting in the bathroom. Heat worked well and kept room comfortable.

Place has seen better days, getting a little run down. Heating/air conditioner cover fell off in the middle of the night, curtains partially torn down, just looks a little shabby. Breakfast items ran out rather quickly.

The staff were so friendly and accomadating. We arrived an hour early but were able to check in. Our friends had also booked a room there so the staff was able to put us close together. The room was clean. There was some toilitries in the room but had to ask for some. It might have been an oversight on their part. Breakfast was good however, no scrambled eggs, only boiled. The waffle station was also not available but had hot sausage, biscuits & gravy, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. We will be going to Carthage on a regular basis next year and this hotel will be the one we choose.

The area to buy a soda or snacks was very empty. Almost non existence. The soft serve was out of service. Either fill the snack room up and the cold case or shut it done. It looks very hap hazard. A case of water sliced open sitting on a shelf.

Location was great for our purposes.

I slipped in the bathtub and fell breaking 5 ribs. The person at the front desk refused to call 911 for me. I was transported by ambulance to the hospital. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past but I am not sure I will stay there again. Accidents happen. Common decency would have been to assist in any way possible. That did not happen.

It was clean and well kept.

No condiments for my coffee in my room. I am recovering from an illness and am pretty weak. I slipped and fell on a wet spot in the lobby. The staff saw it happen but didn’t respond at all. Fortunately there was a young man in the lobby that helped me up and checked on me. I couldn’t get up on my own.

Prepackaged breakfast assortment was understandable during the Covid crisis. Not all the guests were wearing the mask requirement. Other than that, Awesome.

Comfortable and quiet room. Spacious and functional an clean. The stuff was very kind and several questions to be sure to assign us the room we wanted. The spacious breakfast area was appreciated.

The facility is a bit old-style, but overall this is not a problem

The room was exactly as pictured/described . Staff was very helpful /professional . Breakfast was good . Room was comfortable & clean

It was a bit outdated - could use a little sprucing up .

We stay there every spring for a mini vacation. We were a little disappointed that the pool and gift shop were both closed. Just wish that would have be disclosed when I booked a week before.
