My only suggestion is that because it is an LGBT hotel, the photos in the hotel could have all people in the community and not just gay men with ripped bodies.

Breakfast chicken and waffles was amazing lol. Ahmed and Franco front desk staff in the morning were awesome. Beautiful people. We were a group of 10 celebrating my husbands birthday they decorated our room and everything for him. I loved it. Thank you again.

Should be a little bit more accurate on the website with security deposit. Website says one thing get to the hotel have to do $400 security deposit hold. You Should also have more pictures of lesbians, non gays, transgender people. All I seen was men to men pictures. If you guys are welcoming all you should post all on website and in the hotel. Keep the pool open longer we are adults 8:00 is early. We came to Miami to party all night. Especially it being an adult only hotel.

The front staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially John. This is our second time staying here and the beds are very very comfortable. The rooms are exceptionally clean. They couldn’t do enough for us.

The mosquitoes were crazy by the pool. I guess it has to do with the rainy season but it would be nice if they could spray or just provide spray my husband has more than 150 mosquito bites on him. Also I find it the outside the entrance could be a little bit more chic, and inviting and the pool could be a little bit cleaner or updated. Also, one bartender guy was very friendly but the other one I asked him for help and he was so rude. I just asked him if I could move a chair on the other side and he didn’t want to help at all.

It was very close to everything and clean staff was nice

The bathroom didn’t have an ventilation while showering and the room was hot ac didn’t keep it cool

Location is great.right at 15th st and collins. One block from start of ocean drive which was blocked from traffic. Only walking biking. Staff was super helpful. MARTIN bellman was a delight and JULI at front desk super helpful.

Pool gets early and mid sun (dec). Have to move to keep up with the sun movements. Pool chairs are nice. Should give pool towels in room everyday not just day of arrival. Had to change rooms twice. 1st had window which would close tightly. And noisy ac unit. 2nd had ac fail. 3rd was best but heard people on floor above walking around and comingnin at 3am.

Rooms ! Pool ! hot tub , free breakfast and staff all so sweet and friendly. Also that everyone is welcome here !

It was an incredible vacation. Everything was at the highest level. Very tasty breakfasts, every day you could choose something different. Attentive waiters who tried to do everything possible for your comfort. The room was cleaned every day. It is 2 minutes to the beach and this is the biggest plus, there are many restaurants nearby, although the food was very tasty in the hotel itself, we had dinner several times.

You cannot control the temperature in the room yourself, you must constantly ask the administrator. During dinner, we ordered juice, it cost $5, we ordered because we thought they would pour us more, but the waiter rudely refused us. I was a little confused, because I myself work as a waitress and we always add drinks (coffee or juice) to guests. And paying $5 for a small glass of juice is too expensive for me. Although in other restaurants in Miami they add..

The hotel was amazing, to be honest reading other comments i didn’t expect to have this amazing experience here. From the first moment, they were so welcome and friendly at the front desk, and all the workers there. As a POC Queer, i’m usually scary of how the ppl is gonna treat me in touristic places or etc, they made me and my boyfriend felt no more than grateful and wanting to come back soon! Brianna at the front desk was a sweetheart. The pool and jacuzzi were great, the room clean and comfy, no smells no noise. The location can’t be better and if you smoke you can do it in the back part at the sky bar.

Location, inclusivity, staff and room were all great. Hotel looks beautiful from the outside, self-service water always available in reception and by the pool. Room was spacious with a huge bed, great a/c and walk-in closet. Pool and sauna was a good place to relax in the afternoon, plenty of comfy sun loungers, clean towels and shade available.

Staff kept pushing hotel events like karaoke and movie nights but there’s so much to do in Miami Beach! A lot of single-use plastic (water cups etc). Breakfast was very basic (toast, mini croissants, jam, butter, juice and coffee); you have to pay extra for eggs, tomatoes, avocado, bacon etc.

Great position in the city with loads of options around and the beach right across the street! Really nice staff, always with a smile and helpful. Clean areas, well organized and with confortable rooms. The bed was huge and very confortable, i actually miss it!!!

It was really surprising how poorly soundproof is the building. I had two different rooms: in the first one i knew perfectly when someone went up and down the stairs, i thought it was ok since i was right next to the (wooden) staircase. But when i went back to the city and i was assigned a different room (i had two bookings for two different weeks), i could tell where exactly the people above me where at in their room. They even woke me up several nights… bring earplugs!
