Great property full of amenities! This is my second stay in the past three months. I choose to stay here for the amenities and location. The refresh lounge is helpful when taking a late night flight to enjoy the day and get ready to travel home. Onsite restaurants are amazing and service is exceptional.

My first stay was in the Tresor Tower and was excellent. This stay was in the Versailles Tower and was average for the cost. The room is slightly dated, sun bleached dry rot curtains with holes, moderately cold AC, and a far walk to access the pools and beach. No fridge or coffee maker was a bummer. This tower needs some updating to meet the cost of stay (apx $500 per night with all taxes and fees in August). Pool area needs staff designated to cleaning up food and drink trash and unused chairs. Towels and chair covers were not available by midafternoon as they couldn’t keep up with laundry I suppose. Large pools were cloudy and maybe need larger dose of chemicals to offset high use.

This is the second time in a row I’ve visited this hotel and they have charged me bogus charges. First time they charged me a late check out fee when I was out early. This last time they charged me $365 for a random persons meal. It took me weeks of calling to finally get it reversed they made ME prove beyond a doubt that I didn’t eat the meal in question. It was tedious, time consuming, and insulting. I think I’d remember eating a meal in their restaurant yet they gave me a really hard time about it. The ticket had a different signature and room number on it and they still put me through the wringer. A less persistent person would have been stuck with the fraudulent charge.

Everything was great. Loved our stay.

Have been begging for a complete folio for 2 months and still have not received. Gift shop - Snack store closes way too early and there isn't a convince store around fro miles.

Beautifully designed hotel in a great location with plenty of pools and facilities. Staff at the concierge are very helpful as are the base staff, restaurant staff and pool staff. The staff at check in aren’t engaging or welcoming enough but I suppose it’s because their continuously busy.

Rooms are spacious but no opening windows if you don’t take a room with a balcony. The on site coffee shop is ridiculously expensive!!!! And they never display prices with taxes so you always thing your being over charged.

The front desk checkout procedure was epic. I was in a hurry, and thanks, Mert, for making it very fast and efficient. And the cleaning staff is amazing - they are very friendly and positive.

The prices are very much over the quality of the food beverage and the service.

Wait staff around pool area were great, Expect to see everyone in g strings (not many people wear one pieces) guess this is just a big American pool party vibe . The hotel itself was luxurious the beach was so close we enjoyed dipping in the ocean to get relief from the warm waters of the pool as in side temp of the pool was 34 degrees as it was a really hot day

The pool lounges are all so close together basically your all squished like sardines in a tin so don’t expect to talk to the person next to you without everyone hearing your conversation - anything with more space will cost $180usd plus . And the pool area is packed to the brim

Well look it's the Fontainebleu. Suite was large, well-appointed, nice view. Plenty of food options, and so many pools. Pools for days. Good restaurants ($$$$).

If I'm honest, the room just wasn't all that nice. Dinged up furniture, carpet pulling up in places, paint peeling from the ceiling. One morning I woke up to find my fridge had somehow leaked a bunch of water all over the floor, really inconsistent wifi. I suppose all the amenities are why it's a 5 star hotel, but you wouldn't know that from the room itself. It was OKAY, just didn't feel like the world-class 5 star experience I was expecting for the price paid.

Room service closes at 12 midnight no food available in the whole hotel from 12 midnight till seven in the morning which is a big minus they should open 24 hour room service in the kitchen should be operating for a five star hotel. That’s a big problem also very hard to get chairs without paying extra money For the 3 to 4 pools around the resort very difficult to find chairs after 12 noon they should put more lounge chairs in order to sit you have to pay big bucks to get the seating in the pool area
