Bed was comfortable

The attitude of the staff had to wait to check in room wasn't ready staff was seen walking outside instead of cleaning rooms. Staff was arguing with the guest about the deposit and nothing was said when we booked it on line. I would not recommend it to anyone else to stay due to the experience I had which is sad because of all the times I have stayed there I was well satisfied but this time they acted like we were all a bother and didn't want to be there

Nice breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

We asked for a room facing the parking lot on the ground floor and we didn't get the room at first. My husband insisted and we finally did get a room on the ground floor facing the parking lot. The front desk attendant wasn't very accommodating at first.

The room was clean and check-in went smoothly. There was a fan in the bathroom which is always a plus. Beds were comfortable. Gas station right next door and restaurants down the road.

Was not given a wifi password or told about breakfast or pool options. Every time I went to the front desk, there was no one there. It looked like construction crew was staying there long term. Several of the individuals were setting out in the parking lot and appeared to be there for the long haul.

I just needed a place to 'crash' (sleep) so to speak as I was attending a funeral out of town. It was quiet and I appreciated that very much.

There was an unusual odor each time I went in my room. I don't know what it was. It was not cigarette smoke or rancid like garbage. It was different. After a short time in the room, I was used to it and it didn't bother me or make me sick. The TV remote didn't work.

the mattresses were terrible. 3 out the 4 people staying didn’t sleep much at all the first night and the second night was much better. then went to eat breakfast and there was no coffee in the breakfast room twice 30 minutes apart and you are only given coffee grounds for 1 cup in your room.

The Wifi was outstanding here. Almost better than my wifi at home. Very impressed. Also a clean hotel. I was expecting a budget experience but this exceeded my expectations.

I stayed two nights and my room was not redone for the second night. Not a big deal as I spent the majority of my time touring Sioux Falls.

bed and breakfast were good. Bathtub had no 'stopper'. Otherwise, all was well. Would like to see fliers in room about eating places and construction on roads.

Staff very helpful. I had made a mistake in booking my room and they were very helpful. All staff were great.

This is not a fancy hotel, so don't expect anything more than basics.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good- simple items like toast and waffles and juice. The price was the best selling point.

The outside sign was out so it was hard to find the hotel. The coffee was terrible and the pool was not working which was a disappointment as we booked it for our children to enjoy the pool. We had very loud neighbors and when I tried to call the front desk to complain no one answered. We were hearing loud conversations from 1130pm to 1am.
