First of all, location. This hotel is less than a block from downtown Sioux Falls' vibrant and fun Phillips Ave. Lots of bars, restaurants, unique shopping and Falls Park all within 15 minutes walking. Hotel itself was clean. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, most notably Sharon, the lovely gal who runs the breakfast. She keeps her area clean and well-stocked. She is always interacting with folks, especially kids, with cheer and kindness. She is a true customer service pro! Our room and bed were comfy, and the shower was excellent.

The hotel is starting to show a little age, and some of the equipment in the exercise area could be replaced.

First time in Sioux Falls. Positive experience at this hotel. Flight got in early and they managed to accommodate an early check in. Room was clean, heat worked well and shower was hot. Angie at the front desk was a doll with an extra printing request. Long hours for breakfast and simple but good gym with great hours. Didn’t use the pool but people seemed to be having fun in it. Good selection of channels on the TV. Nice location in relation to downtown and restaurants.

Rooms slightly outdated but nothing I wouldn’t recommend.

They seem to be renovating the rooms, and ours had a fresh, new bathroom and bright white towels. The linens were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We had a view of the river from our room which was nice. There is an onsite restaurant so we didn't need to leave the hotel and we just relaxed and had dinner on the patio. Breakfast was good with all the usual offerings-hot and cold. Coffee and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay.

The dark outer curtain doesn't operate, so felt a little exposed with just the sheer that wouldn't close completely.

Location was perfect! Right next to the Arc of Dreams and just a couple blocks from downtown/Phillips Ave. We enjoyed the hot, free breakfast every day which helped keep food cost down. Others had said the beds were uncomfortable and the shower water was not hot enough - but for us, both were fantastic and we had no complaints. The staff was extremely responsive.

The only complaint is the parking situation. There are just not enough spots for guests. We went last week and luckily it is off season, so we just made sure we got back to the hotel by around 5-6pm to get a spot. They do have permission for guests to park the next lot over but with the cold, windy weather, snow and ice, we wanted to be able to park in the hotel's parking lot. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

Location, location, location. This hotel is situated, just a block or so from the center of town on the Big Sioux River with a striking view of the 'Bridge of Dreams,' sculpture. It is also next to nice walk-able trails along the river. We were on the 4th floor and had a great view of all of that. The pool, and other amenities, were good, about what one would expect for a hotel like this. Breakfast was adequate but not anything to rave about. I felt the decor in our room was contemporary. Staff friendly.

Price. One always would prefer to pay less for any hotel stay, but as this place is in a great location, and well cared for, price was just ok. Parking there while free, was a bit complicated at first.

I liked having the continental breakfast! It also wasn’t too loud or noisy, we were able to get some much needed sleep. The view of the city from our window was pretty nice. Access to internet and the television was also very much needed.

We struggled a little bit getting our door open when using our key. There was a car that kept having their alarm go off that got quite annoying but that’s not the fault of the hotels.

The staff was very friendly and informative. I received text reminders for parking and checkout. The room was gorgeous and the furniture was comfortable. The location was perfect - we had a riverside room and were able to enjoy the arch at night and the ducks in the morning. We were also really close to downtown so we were able to walk and bar-hop.

The parking situation was very rough because the lot was so small and cramped. The shower took a little bit to drain and could have used a deeper scrub. I miss the days when hotels had vending machines at the end of hallways for late-night snacks and toiletries.

Thank you to the fantastic staff. They were helpful, personable, and professional. My mom and I had a perfect time and walked to the bandshell and enjoyed a concert and the sites. An unexpected surprise was the complementary coffee in the lobby, and the breakfast. Thanks to all of the staff, and congrats on your establishment. I've traveled the world and would be comfortable staying as a solo female traveler at your place.

No complaints. Neighbors were a bit rowdy but it was 4th of July weekend and they were clearly having a much needed vacation. Would easily stay again.

The maintenance man was basically my knight in shining armor. The breakfast was actually really good I ate everything and I don't normally do that. My room was comfy and my bed was so soft

The hottub didn't look clean was stuff floating around in it hard sides like crapped myself in the hottub as well and it was to hot should be a way to cool it down and pool was absolutely freezing can't take the cart into ur room cuz the wall and the bench u can't move

The staff are so friendly and helpful, I have stayed here before and enjoyed it very much. I will be going back to Sioux Falls again next year, and plan on spending another weekend in your hotel, I love the location and both times I have stayed I have been lucky enough to get a room on the waterfront side, I love that view.

My only concern is your elevator, it was making some strange noises.
