I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel from December 25-30 in Lima, and I must say, everything was simply perfect. The location, the rooms, and the overall experience were absolutely worth every penny. I would especially like to thank the two young receptionists (I regret I didn’t catch their names) for their exceptional service. They were not only professional but also incredibly helpful and warm. They assisted us in organizing a private tour to Huacachina and provided valuable guidance on navigating the city, making our visit much more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding service, and I truly appreciate their dedication and attention to detail. They made a significant impact on our stay, and I am very grateful. Note to Hotel Management: Could you kindly check their names? They were extremely helpful during our stay, and I’d love to personally acknowledge their efforts. We stayed in two different IBIS this time Be honest, the breakfast is the best part which everyday a little different options and very kind of fresh fruits. Then feel welcomed, friendly staff. Clean & cozy room Location is not bad, quite and safe zone but not convenient respect the other IBIS (Larco Miraflores) because here needed 10-15 mins walk though a very busy street to the Tourist Info Center which if you’d like to join in the city tour, but another takes you only 5 mins to the Tourists Info center or Larcomar Mall, (Anyway there’s Uber or Taxi to everywhere)

The air conditioner was died in our check in room, we needed it when especially after taking a shower, because the room was a little cold, I reported the problem to the front desk if someone could come and fix it. We got very positive answer in different times but NO REAL ACTIONS. They changed our room a night before checkout and lucky It made me got a cold.

The Ibis Lima Reducto Miraflores is a great place to stay in Lima because it is very close to the center of the city and its famous waterfront called Larcomar. That spot is replete with restaurants and retail stores, right on the shores of the mighty Pacific. The rooms are reasonable large, very clean, and have many of the amenities Americans are used to: a cable TV set, a clothes closet, a table and a chair to sit it, an on-site restaurant, and a convenience store similar to Circle K right across the street. The only thing that disappointed me was the absence of a mini fridge, a microwave oven, and a coffee maker. But those are amenities generally not found in hotels outside the United States, so that is no big deal. All in all, I highly recommend the hotel to my fellow globetrotters.

Location is good for exploring Miraflores. Room was very clean

Some staff were not so friendly. Arrival receptionist was lovely but forgot to give me my passport back ( thankfully I noticed later) and she forgot to order a takeaway breakfast. The departure reception staff were not so friendly - also I had booked a 2nd night for 22/8 with an agreed late check-in of midnight - when I arrived at midnight they had cancelled my booking with a silly story about their computer. Eventually they did book me another room in another Ibis in the business district but not where I wanted to be especially being messed around in the middle of the night.

A very good breakfast and menu was different each day. The meals purchased from the restaurant was very tasty and very good size. Further restaurant did small changes to the meal to suite my requirements. Sea food provided in the restaurant was excellent. Also there was a good supermarket (Totus) within 5 minutes from hotel. A very good place to stay when you visit Lima as a tourist. Staff was very friendly.

Little more staff with English knowledge is better for visitors from English speaking countries. How ever there was at least one person in the front desk who can speak English

The location is great. The room was tiny, but clean and had all necessities (except for mini fridge). Housekeeping staff is great, the bed is very comfy. There's also AC in the unit. Overall it is OK hotel, my stay there was quite comfortable.

For some reason I was overcharged and I only discovered it after I left. The receipt does not give a breakdown. I had to pay extra for early check in and I paid that part in cash, so I don't know if I paid twice for that or if there are some hidden fees that went on my card. Some of the reception staff would not help you unless you use the service of the hotel or their vendors. They did help me with one tour though (booked at the hotel), to which I'm grateful. In general it all was okay stay but sometimes I felt like I had to stay alarmed. For that reason I would not be staying there again.

Everything was great! Breakfast had a great variety and options for everyone. There were different things offered for breakfast every day. If something was empty the staff replaced it immediately. Everyone was welcoming

TV wasn’t smart and had no channels either, I tried to tune it in but it had no signal. They only had one thing coming through a HDMI cable and it was constantly playing American politics for some reason…. A kettle in the room would be nice

Nice hotel in the middle of Miraflores. Bed was comfortable. It's clean and the breakfast buffet was nice. Close to a convenience store in case you forgot something. Some positives but there are other hotels I'd try for this price and service level.

Every interaction with the front desk staff, from check in to check out, they was very cold but not unprofessional. They clearly don't like their job. We avoided talking to them unless necessary. This is a complete opposite from the hotel we stayed at in Cusco. Other staff, like those at breakfast, seemed ok. Bathroom was nice and modern but could not control the shower temperature at all. You think you set it and then it changes from scaffolding hot to freezing cold in about 10 seconds.

Great location, the room was very clean and silent.

One of the woman from reception did not accept one of my dollar bills because the texture was strange. Instead of do the standard procedures to check if the bill was original or false, like using a machine to check it, or other procedures, she just did not accept my bill just because it was folded and “had a strange texture”. I gave her other bill, just exactly the same as the other she did not accept, and then she accepted, just because it wasn’t folded. Please train the people on reception to check properly the bills with standard procedures, and not by thinking or irrational guessings. I have nothing to complain about the other ones on reception or other attendants of the hotel, they were all great.

It was at a very good location with a lot of restaurants and the ocean near by. It was at a good price. Larconar Mall was so close, one of the most special malls ever, due to its location. They allowed us to have our room until 2 pm which was great!

The fact that you could only use your card to go to your floor was not convenient if you are a group and are in different levels. There were no fave towels in the room so that was a bit problematic
