Our room was clean, tidy, roomy. Close to the Lille Flanders train station which was very helpful to us as we travelled by train. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

There was no photo of the shower on the website. There was a step up into the shower, no grab rails. It is not a walk in shower like the Ibis Lille

Location for parking and the Braderie was great and the staff every smiling and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. We did not have breakfast but the fixed menu for lunch was great!

The lifts were a little slow and we were in 424.......no problem as it kept us fit!

The bed was not so convenient to sleep. There were not many plugs to charge our devices and there were not enough towels to wash so we had to ask every day

This hotel is super close to both main train stations in Lille, as well as the metro line. The hotel is also close to many great restaurants (as well as there being a restaurant on-site) and a very short walk from a mini supermarket. The room was super clean and was air conditioned. The staff were lovely also.

The staff was very helpful ! They were professional and polite and beyond the call of duty to help us with some issue we had with our train. Thw room was clean and the bed comfortable. Although we were in the city centre we heard no noise from the street once the window was shut.

Great location, view of the belfry tower. Close to the train station, and walkable to the city center.

Initially my room was not cleaned, but the staff were great and immediately changed my room

Location was good and in a quiet area. 5 minutes walk from the train station and the city centre.

The beds were not very comfortable. The mattress was very thin. No kettle in the toom. However, we did ask for hot water at the bar and the staff were accommodating.

Perfectly located as a base for our visit to la grande braderie. Within easy walk from the Eurostar terminus

Shower wasn't particularly powerful. Plastic jutting out at head height on controls Only allocated 2 towels for 2 people. Could have done with a couple more.

Nice, clean hotel in a good location. Walking distance from the train stations and the city centre/old town. Good breakfast with variety.

On the first day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working but it got fixed on the second day of my stay.

Staff excellent., friendly and helpful. Able to sort out a problem over the booking without fuss. Rest the just usual Ibis standards which are good value.

Bar area not adequate nor comfortable. - so we drank in bars outside the hotel
