I like the pools (my daughter and her cousins loved it there). I love the beach! We liked the foods at Enye! But missed out eating Puto Maya, more native Katanning please...The buffet staff were very attentive and always service with a smile (we liked that! ) The Hotel Manager and Reception staff exceptional. The Concierge Staff all helpful and lovely people. We love staying at CRIMSON Resort Hotel. I wish I could avail of a Hotel Membership like the Bai Hotel Platinum Membership. I would help a lot budget-wise. Thank you.

The rooms are dated. The mosquitoes were having a feast on my daughter's legs and arms (she got allergic reaction to mosquito bites).😭😭😭😭😭

I fall in love with their hospitality. Whenever and wherever I am walking in the hotel, employees are always greeting with a smile and proper manners.

When I went to the downtown cebu, I had booked the hotel shuttle bus. I had waited at where the guidance said, the bus just went through in front of me. The guidance did not instruct the exact location. Please instruct with pictures.

This resort was wonderful! We were a family of six, and all of us enjoyed our week at Crimson tremendously. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional and will go out of their way to solve whatever question you may have. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the gardens lovely and the spa beautiful. All of the food we had at the resort was delicious - not the cheapest, but worth it. We used the spa several times, took part in an organized snorkeling tour that was great, kayaked, jogged and made good use of the gym, pools and yoga classes. Having visited many resorts in several countries, the Crimson is now our favorite of them all. You rarely see such consistent professionalism combined with outstanding friendliness.

Room safe, ironing board, refrigerator stocked, espresso coffee maker and tea maker All Staff exceptional. On site money exchange from dollar to Paso at a good rate....pleasant surprise. Firstly the staff are so amazing and make the place glow The pool was always clean Grounds always cleaned House keeping very attentive and on to it Buffet was amazing!!! Spa was impeccable ask for Raylene if you’re looking for an amazing massage she was unbelievable!

The beach is not a beach! It’s man made carved out beach that has been pretty much ropes closing it off. The part you can swim in was appalling and filled with trash. I took upon myself on my holiday to dive for rubbish because there were fish swimming there and it broke my heart to see this. Hotel blamed other places stating it washed up from other hotels but that is a total lie. They had on occasion kids parties on main adult pool with foam and huge speakers with music (this was not relaxing at all so we left for the day as it was very annoying)

The staff team are outstanding. They provide all the information needed with excellent English. They are kind and helpful and always greet you with the a smile. The property is wonderful - truly 5 star. Pools sparklingly clean with good drink and food service.

A very good place to stay with our family. You could spend all your holidays there as there is much things to do : beach, swimming pools, restaurants, activities, gym, spa, massage,… But what was the most valuable point was the warmness of the staff : very polite, diligent and with a the smile all the time. Nothing better to reload your batteries!

Rooms are good but simple. You cannot drop the kids at the kids zone. When below 12 an adult must always be there which is a pity when you want to enjoy some activities.

We were greeted with an upgraded room on arrival which was fantastic. The bedrooms were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The azure dinner and menu was fabulous and breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices and all freshly cooked. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The views of the beach are fantastic and the pool is good, although a swim up bar would have been great in the pool.

Crimzone bar services was not good. Took 20 minutes for them to make 1 cocktail. Ran out of food so limited options left on the menu. Service took a while there. All the other food places around the resort were fabulous however.

The staff are the best part. Other resorts I've been too the staff are polite and helpful. But here they are extra attentive and truly friendly. Not only did the staff from crimzone the kids play area make the effort to learn my son's name and greet him wherever they met him in the resort. But other staff at the breakfast restaurants and elsewhere did the same. It was the first time that I felt I needed to say goodbye to individual staff members and truly thank them for the great experience they gave us before we left. I especially want to call out crimzone play area staff like Mihl, Pat, and others that made my son's and others kids have an extra special time. Beyond the great staff the food is also well done. Breakfast was also a delight and Enye was our favorite restaurant for dinner. The grounds of the resort are very well maintained with beautiful tropical plants wherever you go. Nice to walk around to absorb the atmosphere.

Nothing really. Maybe just a wish to have real sand imported for the beach but that is being nit picky. Mactan doesn't naturely have sandy beaches, so the 'sand' added was more gravel like, which is harder for kids to play with. So, depends if you have young kids that want to make sand castles or not. If not, then you will enjoy the pretty beach as is perfectly fine.

The staff are super friendly! Facilities are awesome! The free shuttles to the city are great but need more times for pick up and drop off after 3pm. Wish our kiddo had a chance to participate in the child activities!

Rolling blackouts but that’s everywhere! The staff were attentive and power came back to half of the room. Call at least 20 min in advance when you need assistance and a shuttle when checking out. We had to carry 3 of our 4 luggages on our own when we checked out. By chance, one staff member helped us carry one of the biggest luggages down the 2 flights of stairs closest to our room but it’s still a walk and 3-4 flights of stairs up to the main entrance area for transportation and check out (good thing I workout!)
