I had the pleasure of staying at Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 whist in Bangkok & I have to say that It's one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The facilities were great! I stayed in a Deluxe Premium Double room on the 29th floor which came with a small kitchenette which included a microwave & washing machine & best of all an amazing view of the city. There was a 40" TV screen which includes many channels to watch if you need entertainment but I hardly used it unless it was to watch live Premier League matches ;) The hotel also comes with a good gym, sauna, & steam room (which wasn't operating whilst I was there), an amazing swimming pool, a lovely tennis court & a small golf course which you can use at no extra cost. All in all Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 was a great experience and I will now be my first choice stay in Bangkok for future visits.

Checking in was a slow but it was very busy when I arrived so would not mark it down against the hotel & room service didn't come by to clean my room until the 5/6pm every evening.

Linked to Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit metro. amenities nearby and Terminal 21 shopping centre. staff are super friendly and helpful.

the row of seats in the breakfast area at level 5 are placed too closed together. these seats are situated near the eggs station. Restriction in the movements to take food and risk of bumping and spilling in the next table. Also too close for comfort to make any conversation.

the staff was amazing and very helpful. the housekeeping staff was attentive and checked in with me if i need anything else. room was timely clean and stocked and i appreciate this alot. location was amazing being in Terminal21 and super near to the MRT and BTS. i would like to shoutout to the concierge staff who helped me tracked down my airport transfer after check out, turns out the driver was already waiting in a different car. i was worried it would turn into a nasty situation and delay my arrival to the airport. thank you thank you. overall awesome experience

the room was clean but it could use with an update or two. the marble flooring also felt a little cold at times to walk on. my room door seems to be slightly ajar and it allowed sound to go through? it locks fine but i can see light from the outside coming through. i could hear the commotion outside and it can feel quite disruptive especially in the early mornings.

Amazing location, Lovely Staff.

Too much rush for breakfast. Need to wait in line for getting a table. I would recommend choose an option without breakfast and head out for breakfast.

Great location - wonderful - hardworking and friendly staff

After using booking.com for reservation and calling the hotel to request and confirm that my Thai gf be allowed to check in prior to my late nite arrival she was asked to pay 5,000 baht deposit despite having my credit card on file and never mentioning this to myself or to her during 3 separate phone conversations with the hotel - I only ate breakfast one morning and I arrived at 8:30 and nearly all of the food pans were empty and took about 15 minutes to refill the items - the coffee girl Ann was fantastic

The location was great. There is a way from the hotel to the shopping mall at the lobby. The sauna was good. The toilet bowl was fully automated. The curtains were automated too.

The way to the hotel entrance was awkwardly positioned. The bed and pillows were not as soft as compared to cheaper hotels around it. The staff at the lobby could use some smile. The steam room was out of service during my stay.

housekeeping services varied, sometimes very good but sometimes not, e.g. cups were not washed, facial tissue was not refilled and shower set was not provided.

The fantastic location at Asoke with both the train and BTS at its doorstep. There is a direct link. The service staff were great- very attentive ! The recreational area and gym are both well planned and families with young kids would probably appreciate it. Breakfast has a good variety of foods.

Bathroom on the smaller side. Bed abit too soft for me. Otherwise nothing!

Great location being right next to terminal 21, a popular shopping center. Also, right next to sky train and underground train stations. Staff were friendly and helpful, in-particular the staff on the concierge desk who helped us to book a day trip to Ayutthaya. The food offered at breakfast was great, a good selection of different cuisines. Hotel was always lovely and clean.

One of our pillows was very lumpy, could do with being replaced.
