Nice staff and very attentive. Very clean and very tasty breakfast.

They push you to become a Hilton member (for using Wifi,..). Swimming in the pool must be booked beforehand. and the pool was divided into 3 lanes, so you were only allowed to swim in one lane (it was all a bit strict). And don't forget the swimming cap or you'll have to rent one. The hotel is located outside the e-scooter zone.

It was a pleasant experience to be there during our vacation after Seoul in South Korea. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Very helpful staff.

Things were good but we found difficulty having dinner :( . And also, On the first day of the breakfast, we were told to sit in an average area with hard chairs and low temperature.

I loved that they had both Korean and Chinese selections at breakfast. I liked my room on the 9th floor which gave me a view of the vast forest on the other side of the road.

Stayed 7nights and 8 days. When I called the operator from the room to ask something, no one was picking up the phone couple of times.

I was told that with my room I can go to breakfast in 2 separate outlets at the hotel. I realised later that it wasn't included in the room and was charged KRW56000. Very expensive the quality

Coffee pods in room not replenished. Cups not washed; Shelf on top of coffee machine has a thick layer of dust. Meal prices are unreasonable. Requested to take a shower after i checked out as i had a late flight and had to asked numerous times before granted. For a guest staying for 5 nights, requesting for a shower at the gym is really not an unreasonable request. I finally got it but after talking to front desk 3 times.
