Tiny but clean. I wasn’t sure about the bathroom, on photos it looked strangely yellow, but it appeared to be good and clean, its just the color of the plastic itself. WiFi was very good, 200+ Mbps. Funny enough this hotel with visually tiny windows had almost the biggest ones among half a dozen hotels I've stayed in Seoul on my trip, even though other hotels were sometimes three times more expensive. Location is perfect of course. The oldest bunsik in Gangnam appeared to be within walking distance. Look it up on Youtube, you will not regret. I will consider staying in Toyoko hotel chain from now on, bought a membership :-) The worst part was a pillow, it felt like it was stuffed with some grains. Breakfast was as bad as you would expect from free breakfast in a cheap hotel, but if you need to eat something, you will not get sick.

Pillow was horrible. It was firm as hell and felt like it was stuffed with some rubber grains warped in a plastic bag on with they put a pillowcase. And there was only one pillow. Elevators are a pain. If you live on a high floor, it can take ages to go down in the morning. Note that check-in starts at 16:00, and check-out is before 10:00.

the room was slightly small, didnot like the breakfast, check in is at 4 pm and check out at 10 am %!!!

Staff friendly. Hotel very clean, esp the room and bathroom, although both are quite small for my single room. Shampoo and body foam dispenser in bathroom. Went early but only allowed check in at 4pm, so they allowed me to leave my luggage there. Lounge wear for wearing in room is provided but have to take from cabinet near lift lobby, same for some Toiletries like soap n comb. Hotel posted notice in lift to inform guests of this. Bed comfy but pillow quite low. Asked for extra pillow but they say they dont have! Room has electric kettle, mug, 2 bottles water n small packet instant coffee n tea bag. Basic breakfast items with some korean food, toast, juice, coffee machine. During my stay, breakfast was better for Monday than Sunday, which Sunday was full of group of family and very crowded. Hotel is 5 min walk from exit 5 but need to find exit 5 from the underground shopping. A lot buses in front of hotel to many places nearby. Even managed to take a direct bus to Suwon.

Checked in strictly at 4pm and after, not a minute early.

The location was incredible : within 5 minutes walking distance of Gangnam station. The exit closest to the stay had escalators, and you don’t need to make any turns to reach the stay. There were coffee shops, Olive Young, convenience stores all within 5 minutes walking distance of the stay too. Just right across the stay there is a direct bus to the airport (Bus 6009). You can get the timetable from the registration counter. Breakfast was served 7:00-9:30, just a simple buffet-style Korean breakfast. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water pressure was all working good. Bathroom had towels, shampoo/body wash/conditioner, and cups. Also a tub. No toothbrush and toothpaste. You could get a set of skin care and bars of soap at the registration counter. There were also pajamas but I didn’t take them. Bed was comfy. There was only one pillow but I’m fine with that. Wasn’t too noisy.

Lack of sockets in the room. There was a usb socket at the bed side but mine was type c and not compatible. Had to use the socket under the table.

The room was clean, without any dirt on windows, mirrors, floor, and tables. Every day, you get a bottle of fresh water for free and 3 new towels - for hands, body, and thick towel Personal are always ready to help. I forgot one thing in my room after I already checked out, the personal give me the key immediately and in 3 minutes problem was solved)) Cleaning usually from 10a.m. till 4 p.m. You can always call, and they will put cleaning to the next day or later. Keep in mind this hotel speaks very good Japanese and Korean, English a little complicated for them.

For me, it was very interesting to understand what's inside of pillows, haha Cause it seems like there's inside some kind of nuts or seeds I was very tired after a long flight, so I wanted to shower, but this, for me, was complicated, but after 10 minutes, I found how to do that

Good location, near to Gangnam Metro. Room is clean and quiet. Good sound insulation despite major road right in front of the hotel. Good value for money.

The operation of the lift is not efficient with each lift shaft operated individually. This resulted in inefficiencies when a slower lift keeps stopping at each level despite the guest had already taken another lift down. The capacity of lifts not able to support the number of hotel guests, especially during peak hours. Waited up to 10 mins to get down to the ground floor. Breakfast options are also limited and not necessarily very nice tasting.

The room and bathroom are clean. Beds are comfortable. The hotel is located on a busy street so you hear a bit of the traffic, but not much unless you open your window. Nearby are several convenience stores and buss stops. Closest metro station is Gangnam. The location was good for me but if you want to visit the palaces, those are about 50 minutes by public transport. Breakfast is always included and is served in the basement. There is an extended choice of foods (good foods), but it smells a bit when you get out of the elevator. Staff is very friendly and helpfull.

The room was really comfy and good for a 3 star hotel, the staff was really helpful and nice. Also, the hotel was really close to Gangnam Metro Station and had a lot of bus stations nearby, which made it easy to get around Seoul. Given the excellent facilities and service, this hotel should definetly be a 4 star hotel rather than a 3 star hotel.

Breakfast didn't have many options for western tourists.

Everything is already written faithfully is other reviews. Clean and cheap hotel with great location. I stayed one night and departed early in the morning, and it was an ideal place for me. The breakfast is not fascinating indeed. But speaking of european style meal, they have coffee, several types of bread, jam, cereal, eggs, and fruits. It was enough for me.

There are only 3 elevators for 19 floors, and each elevator has a separate button. This is very inconvenient, because people call all the elevators, so each elevator has many unnecessary stops. If you live on the top floor, be prepared that your journey to the basement (where the breakfast is served) would be long. Toilet seat is very small. In a single room there was no shelf for clothes. Although it is a common situation even for more expensive hotels. Not that bad if you are prepared. I didn't notice too much noise from the ventilation, as written in some other reviews.

Basically, the place has all the things you would need as a business traveller or someone who is really practical. Its got free breakfast with a pretty wide selection of food. Also, although the room is small, it manages to have a bathroom with a bathtub. The location is absolutely terrific. Its about less than 5 mins walk from the Gangnam subway station and also to the Gangnam Subway station area - lots of food and 2 movie theatres nearby. The 6009 bus the airport stop literally in front of the hotel. You can also take the same bus back to the airport in the middle bus lane thats across the street. Super convenient!

I think the beds were ok but not that comfortable. The mattress was on the hard side and the pillows were interestingly too soft. (This is highly subjective as some people may prefer this). The elevators were not programmed well so usually there is quite a wait in the morning by guests scrambling to go get breakfast or leave the hotel. It's also very difficult to get an elevator around checkout time. It's also a very popular hotel so do expect lots and lots of people all the time.
