This is our second time here in Hilton Garden Inn and we are really happy and feeling comfort during our stay. Last time the amenity the hotel provide was Crabtree & Evelyn, which came into a trial size and it run out so fast. This time the amenity is from Peter Thomas Roth, it smelled really nice and came into big size so we didnt bother to ask. The cleaning service is so well during our stay.

There is a diswashing sink on the room that we selected, It could be better if hotel could provide to complete the use of in-room facility like dishwashing soap, scrub, fork and spoon or even chopstick.

What you expect from Hilton, nice customer service and location convenient near subway. Facilities like a nice gym and a big room. Strong wifi. Little things in the room like a USB socket and international power point near the bed.

I ordered room service which cost 55000 won for just 1 Bento box which includes fries (photo). This is too expensive, which I miscalculated (when I converted) hence I didn't realise. My Korean colleague also told me it is too much. No early check in allowed.

everything was very good the room size was big and the location was near a good coffee/bakery as well as convenience stores and just 5-8 min Walk from the station

Only some tips to make the stay even more exceptional - Use Korean products for body and skincare, there are so many good Korean products ;) - Separate heating for the bathroom: I was a little cold

The view from the hotel room was to die for and the location of the hotel was spot on. It was close to a metro station (line 3) and there were plenty buses that took us everywhere in Seoul. The swimming pool was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The breakfast menu was exactly the same each morning. They offered the same Korean banchans and Beef bone broth for five mornings which is substandard in Korean culture. They also only provided unsalted butter which was made toasts tasteless.

An excellent hotel. Great service, spotlessly clean rooms, fantastic location, beautiful breakfast, terrific rooftop swimming pool. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We left an iPad on the plane and it was at the Incheon airport. The hotel staff went out of their way to help with its recovery after we left. We were very impressed with the hotel and staff attitude and would highly recommend staying there. Thank you all very much!

Location is excellent, easy access to metro and busses. Variety of solid and amazing food options. Staff is very friendly and efficient. It was very easy to communicate with the staff. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Laundry facility was very clean and easy to use. They provide detergent and softener for a small fee. Very happy with my 6 day stay at the hotel! I would stay there again!

The concierge team can speak good English, they were very professional, approachable and polite. The team assisted us by helping to book taxis on demand and late-night food delivery. The hotel has not just one, but two 24 hour convenience stores next to it. In terms of location, it was just a short 1-2 minutes walk from the subway. There is an elevator at exit 11 across the road from exit 2, which takes you directly to the subway station control. After entering through the gantries, you are able to take a lift from the station control to the train platform, This is especially helpful for families with babies, toddlers and strollers. The thing I liked most was the size of our room (deluxe with two double beds). It was huge with a very decent living area, and a nice big bathroom. Very comfortable. Overall, this place is very suitable for families.

Good location to stay not far from the metro. The staffs are very nice and help accommodate through our stay. Easy to catch the bus with 50 meter walk.

There is the noise from outside that disturb us during the day. The metro side doesn't have the escalator/lift
