We are vegetarian family. When we asked, they arranged special hot special breakfast for both mornings in addition to normal buffet breakfast. Very caring and courteous staff and management present there. Beautiful spa and swimming pool.

Our young children were disappointed that in gaming room everything including basic games were charged. We had car during our stay there. For people who wants to use public transport, it might not be very convenient location.

The room was exceptional with the extra large bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, and you can also order food in the room 24hrs which was a bonus if you're coming back late. The staff were very helpful and even spoke English

The location was a bit away from the centre so was a bit difficult to catch public transport/taxis but the hotel were accommodating and would order a taxi for us when requested.

The room was not clean from the previous residents, and it was not cleaned well, and there were some previous remains in the room, and it was not removed and cleaned, and I have pictures before using the room. If you want i will send it

It really is a wonderful hotel. I visit Bursa 3 times a year for a long time and have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel has no equal in Bursa. I do not miss to thank all the staff at the breakfast restaurant for the magnificence of what they gave us.

The Location is perfect in a quiet area with quiet rooms, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was excellent, the staff are professional and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Dilara from the reception desk for changing one of the rooms we have booked to be double bed room instead of twin room as per my request, and for fulfilling our request with friendly approach and high professionalism. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to my friends and it will be the hotel to stay next time I visit Bursa

Generally, everything was good. The interior was just gorgeous.

We booked one room for the family of three persons. We got two 1,5 size beds. My bad, I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention while booking, but why is it possible to book a two-person room for the three persons? I was able to book two rooms it's not a matter of money. Hilton should be more attentive to guests. Even in small Turkish hotels, breakfasts are much more delicious.

The concierge could be friendlier and more capable, overall for the price wasn't really good value, we feel that we could've got the same stay ecperience at a lesser known hotel for cheaper. Food wasn't as fresh and a little basic.

Early check in

No amenity in the bathroom. No cup, no toothbrush, no comb. It is weir that a 5 star hotel does not provide that. They charge too much just for borrowing a fork. The doorman did not do the job properly.

I was bothered by the smell of cigarettes from the suite opposite me, and the smell was delivered only inside my section. Room service was reported, but no action was taken. However, they were informed that my wife had a crisis, and we could not stand the smell of cigarettes and the length of the stay for two nights.

Very good place to stay. Breakfast was excellent and hotel is having great gym!

Ordering taxi throuht the reception could be better. Don´t know if the receptionist did not understand me or just forget...
