brakfast area is very narrow , I feel the tables and food table must be re arranged so person can walk easily

I didn't enjoy the hotel personnel at the pool, and I don't understand why there is always a security walk there when there isn't even a lifeguard present—all they do is stroll around the pool and stare at the family. When I stayed at the Hilton ten years ago, everything looked exactly like this. All other staff members are not allowed to even approach the pool area, and only one employee life guard is permitted to be near the pool. It's quite unfortunate that the same thing happened twice, and the hotel management hasn't acknowledged this in ten years.

The staff was great they helped us choose a better room than the one we got on booking .

The only thing to criticize was the breakfast . We went to the breakfast to eat but we had to wait 20 mins in line because there was no table available and some people were pushing the line and making a hastle . Better to make bigger area for breakfast and better organizing .Otherwise everything else was great 👍

THE STAFF REMAINS SO KIND SPECIAL THANKS TO MAGDY WHO WELCOMED AND OFFERED ME MUCH OF SUPPORT DURING THE STAY and made it unforgottable. Marilou also was so lovely and extended he support. George was so polite and did extra efforts to make my stay unforgottable. Moutaz from the sales was so professional. All teatro staff team (sorry forgot some names) were so lovely special thanks to the supervisor.

Maybe exhaust fans in the room tlilets would be helpful. The bed was making some slight sounds.

The beach. Most staff were nice and helpful especially Vicky at the front disk, room cleaners were so nice they left us a welcoming note after cleaning our room, and the breakfast buffet staff were so kind and polite

During the check-in process there was a receptionist (not vicky) who were neither patient nor welcoming. She wanted us to pay extra for breakfast although it was included in our package. I was trying to explain to her that it was included but she was not cooperative.

A better experience with this hotel for my second stay: - the personnel is extremely nice and helpful (middle-of-night check-in, accepted to keep me the room until 14:00 on the day of my checkout, etc.) - excellent buffet dinner and breakfast - very convenient gym, opens 24 hours

The hotel remains of course a little old and some refurbishment could help (in particular in the bathroom: the shower head could be of a higher standard ; the flow rate of both cold and hot water could be higher)

everything except the TV

The TV ,,, it’s right that it’s a hotel and the tv is not an important thing ,, but anyway world getting more and and modern ,,, and a great place as Hilton should walk with the technology,,, thanks

Excellent food, very helpful and friendly staff, convenient and well working furniture and equipments.

Although everything works well and is extremely well organized, a few things would need to be renewed/updated, considering this is a hotel of high standard & price. I am thinking in particular of some paints in the hallways and shower heads in the rooms.

The location and the sandy beaches . The breakfast is very nice . Ms Goldana at the reception was very helpful and professional. There is a lot of activities for kids including playground and bicycle rental . Its the perfect place to spend the weekend if you want to relax in Kuwait .

The swimming pool near the chalets is filled with nannies swimming with their uniform which is not nice at all I hope same rules at the general swimming pool apply there because it was choas.

The location is very close to everything .. the check in was very smooth and Ms Mary Ann and Mr Ibrahim at the reception were very helpful .. breakfast was diverse .. the chalet was spacious and the swimming pool and activities kept the kids very busy . I will definetly stay again and it’s the best resort with a sandy clean beach

the bathrooms need a definite refurbishment / some places around the resort too

The beach is amazing and well kept, and the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Room requests were promptly dealt with and the restaurants made great food and beverages. The room was comfy with a good range of TV channels.

In places the hotel grounds, though well kept, seemed to need updating. Fountains and water features were switched off, restaurants though nice lacked some visual flair. The company should invest in more greenery or themed restaurants in the future. It was difficult to leave the hotel as the parking exit became something of a maze and we ended up having to go past the ballroom, which seemed silly.
