When I came to the hotel desk, I told them that I was to early to check-in (10:30 and the check in was 14:00) but the manager spoke to me and said that it definitely was no problem to check-in that early. After check-in the manager also told me that I can go straight to the breakfast room (breakfast time was 06:30-10:30) but they are very flexibel with the time so it was no problem that you can take breakfast at 11:00. And also thanks to Sharma, the receptionist, for helping. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpfull. In the same building there is also a Caribou Coffee place and a ShareTea place. Across the hotel there is a 24 hrs supermarkt 'City Centre'. A good recommendation.

The overall feedback is positive. The location near all important places. We visited the hotel during Ramadan, so breakfast was served in room, anyway good enough. The room view and bed comfort was also good. Personal very kind, immediately when broken WC was reported, we got new room, two small swimming pools, one on the roof, second located in grand floor

Agree with others that one can be disappointed if you find black hair in your bed or smaller room or doors where you hear all what happens in the hall. But nothing from this bothered me

Very nice hotel, however slightly difficult to access by budget travellers. Bus line X3has been closed (at least in March 2023) - do not trust google maps in this respect. The only way was to change the bus in the city center - therefore plan ahead (bus 13 ad then bus 15). The rooms are comfortable - ours had a view on the kuwait towers. The staff is amazing and super friendly including hotel's manager.

Almost everything was fine. The toaster was not working during breakfest.

Everything was nice. Especially the people were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and restaurant has very good quality food and it is freshly cooked.

A little more "love" in the facilities to achieve perfection. For example painting of the walls and ceiling in my room was very badly taken care of.

one of the rooms air condition was too hot but they changed the room for us.. the place is area is good for all of year except moharam month because of husainiat activities and all the roads blocks specially night times

Very clean property. Staff was very friendly. Nice swimming pool to refresh after work and get back to hotel. There is grocery store opposite the hotel, so you can buy everything you need.

For the breakfast, there was no coffee machine, only a nescafé bottle was available. Otherwise the breakfast offer was satisfactory.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty since this was my first time experience of trying new dishes over here. Hospitality of this hotel is exceptional as staffs are very helpful and well mannered. talking about the sea view from my hotel room was very soothing. Facilities and services provided to me made my stay in this hotel very comfortable and astonishing.

The staff were very cooperative and very kind, they provided us with everything we needed from help and ease in entering the rooms and when leaving the hotel and carrying the bags in addition to the rooms were very clean as well as the restaurant. I also really enjoyed the view of the sea and Kuwait Towers when I look from my room window.

Thr cars Parking outside the hotel was always busy.

This hotel is a great choice when you travel to Kuwait. It is a new hotel, close to the city center and also close to the beach. Everything was clean and nice with amazing personnel. I was leaving the hotel at 1 am and they provided me a full support to be at the airport on time.

No access to "normal" TV. They only had Netflix etc, for which one already had to have an account.
