Good access to hotel by car, ample car park space and bonus is own underground parking that helped a lot during freezing nights so no need to defrost the car in the morning, just jump in and drive. Enjoyed breakfast, hot and cold, together with some Lithuanian specialities. Well done to the chef and kitchen team - your food is delicious. Separate thank you to the reception team who kindly accommodated our request to keep baby milk in their fridge with 24 hours access. There are two lifts in the building, very convenient. Room is decent, basics are covered. Housekeeping team doing great job to maintain cleanliness throughout.

We were stunned the first night with a metal-like noise coming from outside. Turn out it was a cargo train moving here and there. And it happens regularly so for us it was a missed opportunity to sleep with windows opened for fresh air. No fault of the hotel though.

Generally, we did like the hotel-it was clean,new,fresh towels everyday,breakfast was great as well ,good location .

We didn't liked that -when we came in the night time to move in ,the receptionist come out with the very rude face and didn't answered our questions he didn't even tell us which floor our room ,he told us you will find all information incide in the hotel description papers which he gived to us,it's was quite confused,as we was first time in that country/city....also of course customer service standards required him to be nice and helpful as he is representing the hotel..... The other thing I was looking for a double bed but I couldn't not find any for couple just options 2 single beds ,normally we would prefer a double.

It was close to the ferry, which is really convenient if you wish to go to the Smiltyne. The room was clean and tidy, had all of the essentials. Breakfast had a good amount of variaty and it was delicius.

The only negative i would say is that the hotel is near a city ship port. If you left your window opened during the night, in 5 in the morning you would start hearing all the loud noices from the port, however, you can close the window and you will hear no sound, combined with the AC in the room, you can totally be comfortable with closed windows.

Spacious room and spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed and quiet surrounding. TV channels has plenty options to watch. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choices & even served warm food here. There a ferry terminal just next to hotel for crossing to smlyte & to the beaches on the other sides of smlyte facing the baltics ocean. Next to hotel have KFC & CircleK convenient store for your snacks

Only 1 bus, bus No.9, that you can take from Old City centre passing at the hotel.

The rooms are Ibis style. Location is very good for going to Curonian Split. The new ferry terminal is located next to the hotel and you might see it from a corridor or a room window. Free parking. Going to city center will require a 5-10 minutes car ride. Good breakfast. Good value for your money overall.

The shower cabin was a bit moldy and smelly. The hotel is located next to the rail terminal, which noise might be an issue for some people. However the noise from an adjacent room was a much bigger issue for me. Having a kettle in the room could improve the experience, especially for cold days.

Great value for money. Pay at property, no pre-payment needed. Nice food served at the restaurant, even though not many options available.

OK breakfast, but quite the same day after day. Sometimes busy at sitting areas, especially morning hours (early hours). Not the best area location wise, so-so if you into the site seeing (but still fine if you driving / taxing).

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable.

The location was not quite as good as I had hoped. We arrived on foot off the ferry from Kiel and the hotel was not as convenient for the ferry terminal as I thought it would be. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Klaipeda. It is probably more convenient for motorists.

AC was a big plus in hot days, Room was okay, WC was okay. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The ferry is 50meters to get to Kuršių Nerija the perfect Lithuania location for nature travelers. The city is near. There were no noise that we should complain. It was good.

Lack of room space in breakfast area. When there is a lot of people there is nowhere to sit.

This is my MAIN STAY HOTEL IN KLAIPEDA. I like the STAFF in Reception, the Restaurant all are EXTREMELY POLITE, COURTIOUS and helpful. Very good location for me to walk to AKROPOLIS SHOPPING MALL.Due to fact leg problems and the walk 2 or 3 times up and down GREAT. Love the SEA VIEW towards the Ferry Terminal.

Sometimes the BEGA shunt trains are pretty busy, get a bit noisy at times.

Good location, shoping centre in walking distance. Breakfast was really tasty and varied. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room had air conditioner.

Although the noise was expected, as railroad is really close, it still woke me up really early. But with closed window the noise dissapeared. And water temperatuse in shower was unstable.
