The cinema theme of hotel interior is quite good idea, exterior and interior design very nice and well planned. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and warm during winter time, soundproofing was ok. I didn't test it myself, but saw many WiFi access points across the hotel, so I suppose internet should be quite fast there.

Facilities are a little worn to the date, furniture little shabby and peeled in places, sink was cracked, shower didn't drain properly, TV remote was made of wood and TV little small to this day, also there were no power sockets beside the bed to charge your phone. Room had limited lighting. But somehow all this didn't bother us at all and we had very good time at Aurora. And I would recommend it and stay there again.

Location is not the central one, but depends what you need :) this is just in front of the new ferry port (you can use it by car, by bike or by foot as well). Room was simple, but very clean and tidy, beds were comfortable with cozy beddings. The view through the window was to the city side, but we were in 7th floor, so we definitely could see a part of lagoon and some going ships. Since we came very late at night, so we were happy, that reception is working all night! In the morning, they serve a nice breakfast at the lobby - not so big variety, but you really can find what to eat, even if you are a vegetarian ;) and I really liked a disposable cups near the coffee machine - it's always a good idea to grab one more coffee/tea, after your breakfast - even if you are going out, or just returning to your room. In general - perfect place to stay for one/couple of nights for leisure in surrounding areas! And really very value for money -for what you get - clean room with comfy beds and breakfast included! :)

A train is so nearby (port freight), even it's never going so fast, but could be annoying at late evenings/early mornings, if someone is very sensitive for sounds. For me - was no problem. Could be some cups, teapot, cutlery in the room (now there are not). Variety of breakfast could be wider.

Excellent price and performance - the hotel is well maintained and clean, even though it has been open for a while. Rooms are clean and comfy. Location might be a bit far from the city center, but that wasn't a problem as we travelled by car. Anyway, there's loads of public transport options to move around. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, not too many options to pick from, but enough to get ready for the day. Super quick coffee machines ensured no queuing for coffee. Overall it was a great experience and the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations considering the price. Location right next to the port might be an issue for light sleepers, as some noise creeps through the windows, but the location itself is excellent if you're planning to use the ferries which are just 3mins away. The free parking is large and you'll always find a spot, unless there's a big event in the conference hall, which is temporary anyway :)

Good location (right in front of the New Ferry Terminal) for trips to Nida. The hotel staff was friendly and resolved an error that was caused by faulty communication by Booking.com to the Hotel (i.e., despite having booked two rooms, Booking.com informed the hotel that I needed an exta bed that would have cost us 25Euros extra per might). The rooms are spacious, but 'bare bones' - do not expect anything extra.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We needed to overnight in Klaipeda after arriving by ferry and before onward travel the next day. This hotel was fabulous, better than our expectations. We had a light meal at the restaurant that evening, and the breakfast, the next morning was very good, with something for everyones taste. It was included in the tariff rate. The price we paid for the room was good. All, in all, a great hotel, which we would use again. Walkable distance from the DFDS Ferry departure / arrivals. Room was lovely, lounge was lovely. The Art Deco style skylight in the entrance hall was gorgeous. Good choice.

Very good hotel for this price range. Actually I was impressed about the breakfast, there was big variety of food for breakfast. I read some comments that people complained about the coffee during the breakfast, well the bar serves amazingly tasty coffee! It's only around 2.5eur, for big cup of Cappuccino, which was very good. Location was super good for us, easy to reach by car, plenty of free parking spaces in front of hotel. Standard double room is spacious, it was winter month but it was warm inside. There is central heated radiators which you can adjust, also air conditioner. Stay for few hours in the morning working with laptop, had no problems with wifi in the room. The whole personal (reception, restaurant, etc) is super friendly and nice! Would definitely consider this hotel again if need to have a stay in Klaipeda.

Great breakfast, big choice of good food. Room was clean and functional, powerful efficient shower. Comfortable bed. Interesting views over the adjacent ferry terminal. Walkable distance into the heart of Klaipeda albeit on major roads.

Downside of proximity to the port was the occasional noisy shunting and loading/unloading operations, particularly at night. I didn't find it overly intrusive, but my light sleeping partner had her sleep disrupted by it ! In room tea and coffee making facilities were not provided, which was disappointing.

Good access to hotel by car, ample car park space and bonus is own underground parking that helped a lot during freezing nights so no need to defrost the car in the morning, just jump in and drive. Enjoyed breakfast, hot and cold, together with some Lithuanian specialities. Well done to the chef and kitchen team - your food is delicious. Separate thank you to the reception team who kindly accommodated our request to keep baby milk in their fridge with 24 hours access. There are two lifts in the building, very convenient. Room is decent, basics are covered. Housekeeping team doing great job to maintain cleanliness throughout.

We were stunned the first night with a metal-like noise coming from outside. Turn out it was a cargo train moving here and there. And it happens regularly so for us it was a missed opportunity to sleep with windows opened for fresh air. No fault of the hotel though.

Clean. Everything is in good condition, facilities and utilities. No smells, even the shower cabin. The breakfast was tasty and healthy albeit simple. KFC is on the other side of the road, McDonald's is at walkable distance.

Sound insulation is kind of lacking. There were loud guests and it was... loud. There's a cargo railway under the windows, and the screech of the wheels was as well audible.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, and having two blankets and extra pillows provided extra comfort. The bed was a good size, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Additionally, the private car parking made it convenient for me to travel with my vehicle. The presence of a bar and restaurant on-site added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay. Thank you for providing such excellent amenities and services!
